Convenient location and clean rooms

It was clean, well appointed, and the staff great!

Wonderful breakfast, rooms comfortable, convenience to restaurant and shopping.

Hot tub was SUPER HOT. Like, almost scalding hot.

The lady that checked me in was amazing and made me feel so welcomed

The only down fall was the pool was so cold that my 2 year old couldn't swim very long

Breakfast was fine.

Some difficulty in getting the room heated up.

The pool was ice cold and hot tub wasn't working. It would of been nice to know that prior of booking

Our room was clean & we were out right by the stairs which was helpful with dogs. I love that this location had no pet fee- we primarily stay at La Quintas because of this! We also enjoyed the fitness room & appreciated the noon check-out time.

The indoor pool area was not the cleanest. The hot tub in particular had visible hair & other debris in it and the water had a burnt/musty odor. I love a good hot tub & often choose hotels because they have them, but I felt questionable about using this one. The outdoor pet area was filthy. Stocking dog poop bags might help with this, but ultimately it’s disrespectful dog owners that contribute to this.

Lashonda(?I'm horrible with names) The employee working (from new jersey) was delightful! She was so kind, professional, polite, helpful! She was so accommodating in the wee hours of the morning it was absolutely the best hotel check in I have experienced and walking into the building I was very frustrated and upset She turned my horrible mindset right around! If you can find an employee anymore it seems they are there to take up space not to go above & beyond. She went above & beyond which is very much appreciated! She clearly has job pride and cares about her employer!
