The AC didn’t work in my room. There was only heat.

Very nice and clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Room is too dark for me but probably fine for others. Very courteous customer service reps. Enjoyed my stay.

Only issue was the floors in the room seemed unlevel. Small thing but all else was great.

The location and lobby were nice. The walls are paper thin so you could hear every sound in the next hotel room. The shower head in our room was broken so it slid down and wouldn’t stay on. The beds are squeaky when you roll over at night. The rooms need some serious maintenance.

Super comfy beds, very clean and modern facility. Staff was friendly and efficient. Pool was closed though, check on that before booking.

Salt Lake City is beautiful and the Radisson is a mirror image. All staff are amazing! Thank u!!!

Had an unexpected family emergency and needed to be somewhat close to the hospital, and the area around the hotel made it very difficult for ubering with all the construction. Otherwise everything else was great!

Very friendly staff, clean room safe parking, and the convenience of walking to the FanX convention was an added bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. The staff were friendly, our room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and big. We also enjoyed eating dinner at the restaurant and having some of the delicious drinks at the bar.

My only complaint was the staff person did not code our room keys so we could use them to exit the parking area. However, this was immediately corrected once I brought it to their attention.

Good hotel, convenient location in downtown!

Really the only issue was waiting 30 minutes to check out and it was just me in the lobby even though I had told the staff the evening before that I was needing to leave early, I was not late or anything like that to the airport it just was concerning when I was promised a staff member to be there and they were not, over an awesome experience will be back next trip

Rooms were clean, walking was safe, very convenient to conference center & city Creek. The only negative was that there were no close coffee shops and the hotel restaurant didnt open until 0630

The manager was super friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Staff was friendly and nice. Room cleanliness was pretty bad. Floors were dirty, hair in the shower and the tp holder was busted. AC was inconsistently working, too. First night, the neighbors to my room were incredibly loud late into the evening and in the morning as well. If it was a bit cleaner in the room it would have made a big difference for me.

Me and my daughter loved the hotel. Close to shopping malls. We enjoyed the planetarium in salt lake. We really enjoyed ourselves everything was close. We also was greeted well by the staff. Cleaned our rooms everyday the house keepers did an excellent job

Room was great. Comfortable and large with great sitting area and desk. Large bathroom with great shower. Large television and the view from our floor was fantastic.

Raddison provided me with some great insight into hotel bed accommodations; A "hotel" queen is equivalent in size to a full size bed. This was great because when I booked this hotel for two large regular sized queens, I was rewarded with two smaller beds.

Nice hotel within walking distance of downtown sightseeing and activities

Hotel has been newly renovated very clean and comfortable beds.. The only restaurant in the hotel is the Copper Mountain grill we ate Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner there, the food is SO GOOD and generous portions easily shareable! Highly recommend!! We went for a Concert and literally right across the street from the Delta Center!

Had a great stay but the restaurant connected to the hotel is garbage. Do not eat there. Its overpriced and there are better options down the street.

Upon arrival we had planned to use the valet parking. To my surprise we were ignored upon arrival. The valet literally watched me unload our luggage never offering a cart. Then he walked by us and approached a tour bus that had just arrived. I proceeded into the hotel to check in. I was greeted by a cheerful front desk clerk. He promptly checked us in and asked if we were using the valet. I explained what had happened and his reply was that they were busy. A suggestion would be to have the front desk offer to hold the keys for the car until the valet would be able to park it. This was not offered. i was told that self parking was available. We then proceeded to our room. we found the room accommodations excellent. We chose to eat dinner on site. The food was great. Service was a little slow but acceptable. The second day we returned to the restaurant for breakfast and once again had a pleasant experience, so much so that when dinner came around we once again chose to eat on site. We were seated and ordered a soda and 1 cocktail. The waitress returned with the soda within a few minutes. The cocktail arrived roughly 10 minutes later. We sat at the table for 20 minutes waiting for our waitress to return to take our order..We had watched her conversing with several of the others in the restaurant. At this point we had grown frustrated and decided to eat elsewhere. I asked the waiterss to close outbour tab. She rudely said she was aware how long we had been waiting. We left.
