I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, and while it was a decent experience, it didn’t quite meet the high expectations I had for the brand. The lobby bathrooms were disappointingly dirty, which wasn’t a great start. The hotel advertised ice machines on every floor, but in reality, only one floor had one, and it wasn’t working. The room also lacked the minibar that was supposed to be included. Parking was a significant issue. The lot was very small, and with maintenance equipment filling the underground parking, it was tough to find a spot, especially if you arrived late at night. Breakfast was underwhelming, with very limited options to choose from, which didn’t live up to the usual Holiday Inn Express standard. On a positive note, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, given the brand’s reputation, I expected more from this stay.

In Galerias area but really difficult to cross over walking. Have to take Uber/ taxi which being so close is any convenience.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and the AC never seems to work properly in any of the rooms I have stayed , although AC is on it never cools down. One of thr elevators has been broken for over 2 weeks leaving all guests wait forever to catch a ride.

Cleaning staff stole items from my fathers room. We asked for a safe to get put in the room. They didnt have anymore. strange cooincidence i might add.. what was taken was minor. Polo underwear. We wont be staying there anymore.

Nice hotel to stay, room was awesome with nice space and windows, coffee maker and everything you need, are around the hotel is a bit far away of downtown and gallerias

Service was outstanding, Front Desk staff (Rafael) was friendly and courteous and went out of his way to make sure we felt at home! In addition, the Breakfast Buffet was very good and offered traditional Mexican dishes including cereals, mixed fruit, and pancakes.

The ac didn’t work and the electrical outlets and lights didn’t work either. The night attendants didn’t speak English. I would have expected holiday inn to have bilingual staff on each shift.

It was very good. The room was renovated and it was clean ans neat. Customer service was great.

Beautiful hotel! Had very nice complimentary breakfast buffet in the central hotel courtyard. Nice view from our room. Unfortunately, there's train tracks across the street from the hotel and the train blew its whistle every time it went by--a few times both during the day and in the middle of the night. And it didn't just blow the whistle once but several times.

Great option in terms of quality and Price in the zone.

The service at the kitchen was wonderfull the waitress was very helpful all the time and the food was the normal but buffet so it’s ok but other than that room was terrible No AC everything looks like old.

Checking was awful, way too slow and had to wait until 4pm to get my room. Worst part wad they forgot about me!! I had ti ask them an hour later and they could not find the paperwork even tho I wss already checked in but ni room available!!! Terrible service!! Parking was very limited!!
