Great location within walking distance to town restaurants and shops. They are finishing up a nice remodel and everything is newly decorated and nice. Our fireplace wasn't working which was disappointing but they were working hard on finishing the breakfast room while we were there. I would recommend this hotel. The room was very comfortable.

The breakfast was canceled, and there are four of us. We specifically chose this place because it included breakfast, and we were only informed upon arrival. This has seriously disrupted our travel plans.

Yes, the room and the hotel were clean. What was disappointing was the breakfast. Choices were sparse and some bread/pastry products were not good at all. The second morning there we ate out. Otherwise, it was quite good.

The hotel would be a 5 star except for maintenance issues. The deadbolt would not lock, the safety latch was about to fall off the door frame, and the bathroom door would not latch. I mentioned this to the staff at checkout.
The breakfast room was also closed for construction. The hotel refunded $20 but breakfast for 2 in Jackson is $45. The breakfast and location were the reasons I paid $330 for the room.

Room was ok. Breakfast was good. Great location for walking the downtown area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Needs better parking. Not sure the room was equal to the price.

Amazing room and size. Bed is very comfortable and very large room to spread out and not feel cramped. Beautifully decorated. Heated bathroom floor was a bonus loved it on those 25* nights/mornings. Free use of bear spray was a surprise thank you.

Beautiful Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. You can walk to lots of shops and restaurants. If you’re taking a tour there are a lot of tour buses that stop right across the street for pick up. The hotel has easy parking and I saw electric car parking also. The only thing I thought was strange was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap containers are left on a shelf outside of the shower so you have to be reaching for them when you’re wet or put them on the floor of the shower while your shower because there’s no shelf. There needs to be a shelf in the shower or some type of holder. But other than that, this hotel is fantastic. And breakfast was excellent nicely presented a lot of fruit available, a lot of healthy choices available. Overall it’s just a wonderful stay.

This was a last minute booking and we absolutely loved it! We usually have a handful of places we stay at when we come to Jackson but this time our original booking fell through (our mistake) which left us scrambling for a hotel after coming across the country to stay here. I'm so glad we were able to get one of the last rooms available. It was such an amazing stay that Rockford had been added to our last of places were willing to stay.

Nice corner unit with a small kitchen and living room. Separate bedroom. Beyond our expectations and free delicious cookies at the counter.

Good look but poor execution. Miserably slow WiFi consistently dropping connections, zero response or explanation for why the room fireplace was not working and not repaired, inadequate water pressure in the shower at midday. Will try another hotel next time.

A short walk from Main Street to grab a morning coffee, shop and dine at the best spots in Jackson. The staff helped us get checked in quickly to the right room, with ample parking. In addition to our two queen beds, there was a convertible sofa and full kitchen. Perfect for bringing leftovers back from our delicious meals nearby! Thank you, Rockwell, for making this a great stay!
