It was a terrible trip. We booked 2 nights/2 days and left a day/night early because of the terrible accommodations. There was no water for a shower, it was old outdated and dirty, there was rust and mold on the ceiling above the shower, there were stains on the furniture and on the ceilings above the beds, the tv didn't work well, the fridge leaked water everywhere, and the beds were hard as rocks. I asked the hotel to please refund me the one day/night we didn't stay for and they refused. I filed a complaint with their corporate company.

Service was good. The bed was very comfortable. Things need an updated look, but overall was very clean. The pool was clean. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken.

Hot tub was broken, the pool only open at 1:00pm, the key card would not open the outside door, the breakfast coffee looked like mud and was impossible to drink !

The pictures online make this place look great. Our room was on ground level. The window screens have holes in them. 1 window didn’t lock in our room. The room smelt very musty. We went across the street to buy a fan to move air around, and a glade plug in. The shower wall had a hole in it, looks like someone punched it. If you want to have the windows open, they would not stay open. Definitely would not want to have the window open. The halls in the building are not well lite, carpet is old and stained. There was an old water line sticking up out of the floor in 1 hall. We arrived on a Friday evening 10/4/24. Booked a room with the Jucuzzi tub/room for 2 nights. I was told that those were all booked, even though that was the room I booked. Enough said about our 2 night stay, we stayed for a total of 10 hours and left.

We asked for the sheets to be changed. We left for the day. When we returned in the evening, new sheets were just left in the room, old sheets still on bed, we had to change ourselves.

The staff was very polite but I will say it took me to attempts before directions to the breakfast were offered to me I had to ask how do I get to the breakfast. I should remember to be more specific.
I will say I wasn't expecting the most amazing and luxurious soap and shampoos in the room but the tiny bar soap and the shampoo both smelled as if they were created in a chemical vat.. they did not smell good! The final issue that I had when I got out of the shower the " clean towel " smelled like it was not clean. All of the other towels did but I was unlucky to pick up one that smelled as if it had not been washed! I found this rather disturbing. The breakfast was good! I'm not totally ragging on the place but I think there are a few points that need to be taken care of.

I made the reservation primarily because the website advertised the property had a gym. IT DID NOT !! This is nothing but FALSE ADVERTISING! I am inclined to send a note to the AG of the state of Connecticut describing this unlawful behavior. The corruption/falsehoods in this country needs to stop!

I mean they probably did their best but whew, that building is on its last leg, and the SMELL. Like a mixture of stale cigarettes and urine. Didn’t check out the pool or anything, we were scared.

The room (room 213) had major water damage and an intense mold odor. Lighting fixtures were damaged and hanging from ceiling. The lampshade had black mold along with ceiling where it had been partially painted over. My wife is 8 months pregnant and we have a 4 year old, not a safe fit. Overall the hotel is dated and dingy with some recent changes to hide some nasty conditions. I would definitely steer clear. We spent our second night in a Quality Inn near mystic, and it was night and day better.

I would not recommend this hotel. Their main website mentions having a fitness center, however when asked they said they do not have a fitness center. The inside of the hotel is very dark and dingy and the hallways smell like weed. The room doors look like they have been busted down. We had to deadbolt the door when inside the room, and felt unsafe leaving our belongings when gone. The room was decent and location was convenient. There is a WalMart across the street and plenty of amenities nearby.

We did not expect any luxury, but the pictures and description were still misleading. We've stayed earlier in another Ramada in NY that was ok. Unfortunately this building was in rough condition, moldy and the air so unhealthy that we had to leave and change hotels, as just entering the room caused headache and other symptoms. No gym either as in the description.

It wasn't the room I ask for the yacuzzi was broken pool dirty and air conditioner wasnt cooling hand sick cloded.

Our tv in the room was broke there was only one light...the microwave wasnt working properly...the hot tude or spa...was out of service...that was the main reason i rented the room...i called front desk about the issue with the tv...it was never fixed ...i also asked them to put us in a different room ...there response was they couldn't move us to another room...very disappointed...i will never rent a room from them again

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a tiny coffee maker that made a good cup of coffee. Air conditioner worked great. I didn’t get time to use the pool it looked great, next time. Breakfast could be improved some, try to keep the milk cold and add some banana’s, doughnuts and pastry. I did not like the sausage at all, it tasted horrible. Small sausage links would be much better with bacon also. Eggs were dry and over cooked.

This place has a strange bad smell, dirty ripped carpets, elevator lights don’t work and gross, rooms have what I hope are food splattered on walls, lipstick stained sheets, hole in ceiling from water leak, burn holes on chair. I should have read the reviews more clearly.

Rooms was very dirty , had mold in both rooms I was in ac unit so loud sheets was stained and second room had dirty spots on pillows do not stay there not worth the money over prices

Dirty folded towels were left in our room when we arrived. TV didn’t work we had to have someone come in and fix it. Very loud guests that roam the halls at 1 a.m in the morning. Only positive was the location

The staff was lovely. It just needs a lot of maintenance issues and some definite deep cleaning. There is also mold occurring due to the moisture of the community and within the property. Just for an FYI. It would make a really nice difference because they have a lot of quality items. They just need a little TLC and possibly some replacing. But the staff was fantastic. Anderson was lovely and the front desk.

The hotel had a off putting scent upon entering and remained onto the room. Very dated, can definitely benefit from some upgrades all around.

Paid for a expensive suite with large jetted tub which was broken and leaked the whole time, no balcony that a human could actually stand on comfortably or at all it was about a foot across and the absolute worst part is the ants they were EVERYWHERE!!! Never again!
