Definitely in need of maintenance and a little better cleaning. Toilet seat was grimey and AC didn't work. Staff was great all around. Building just needs some TLC. It was not noisy and was in a good location for visiting Ruidoso if you are passing through or do not want to stay in the main part of town.

This place was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great. The breakfast was really good for a hotel. They had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, waffles. We stayed on the weekend so we definitely paid the weekend rate but I would definitely stay here again.

The facility was easy to find. Very close to attractions in the area. It was hard to get a good nights sleep as the refrigerator would click on and off about every 30-40 mins. It was loud and annoying. We also had trouble w/ the card that opens our door. I won't go to this property again.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. It is close ( within 5 min) to all the shops and many restaurants. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was pretty good. The coffee was not good, and the room was a bit run down. Overall it was good

We stayed here to go to a Wedding. Stay was Pleasant, no complaints about inside the Hotel. They have evidently just got their roof, because I found about 10 roofing nails in there parking lot. One I almost stepped on. I took it to the front desk and told them they may need to inspect for more nails. The next evening on a walk around the property I found about a half dozen more nails,

Our room was dirty with dirt clods on the floor and bathroom when we arrived. I The bathroom needs to be repaired around the tub, the sink was stopped up, the chair was broken in the room. Hotel needs to be updated

The exterior was nice. the lobby was a little warm but fairly tidy. Simple but adequate. The hallway had a strange odor that I cannot describe. The room was very humid and hot with that same odd odor but stronger. When we turned the air-conditioning unit on it's coldest setting and left it for 3 hours, we returned to find it still uncomfortably warm. In order to get it colder and have the air blow stronger, I had to remove the two air filters in the unit. The paint in the restroom was badly done and peeling in spots. the tv was small and very dated.

It was nice enough, but I was given a room that was someone’s room already. Their stuff wasn’t in the room so I didn’t think too much about it, but the bed was rumpled, there was a rogue washcloth, lampshades were sideways, it was just a little weird, but I was so tired I just thought the housekeeping staff was lazy about cleaning. I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

The room was big, with a sofa, coffee table and desk. Nice shower with good water pressure. AC on high all night didn't get the room as cold as I'd like. Quiet, seemed pretty empty on a June weekend. Just outside of town so convenient and easy parking.
