I went to the Gay Rodeo in Santa Fe and this hotel was super clean, friendly staff, on site security and the pool was so refreshing! The breakfasts were delicious and they are pet friendly! Great hotel and affordable!

The hotel was easy to get to, clean and great room. They do need a little work on the breakfast. They didn’t have much of it.

The bathroom sink and vanity were dirty. The floors throughout were dirty. Most importantly, the beds were horribly hard and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs.

Decent, rooms seemed clean, hallways did not.

The office staff was helpful. The building needed some repair. the baseboards in room and hallways need some help.

The stay was great as far as sleep and quietness. The floors were very dark and muddy looking, especially for carpet. Overall was ok but dirty and needs a good cleaning.

I liked the convenience and the accessibility it is quiet. What I don’t liked is that the building is old, needs some maintenance and cleaning, we stayed for three days and no cleaning the room for three days!

Although the bathroom seems to have been remodeled, the toilet was not seated well and rocked when you stood up. Happy with the bars on the bath/shower. Linens were clean. Bedspread had 2” slit in the center. It was evident that someone had tried to break into the room door, should have been replaced. Furniture was dated. Red wall overwhelming.

The room wasn’t very clean there were ants all over the room

Very racist staff was refused my reservation and kept my money as they also refusing my refund even thou they told me “ get the f-* out of my hotel you f-* Mexican” I’m going to be suing the hotel and all affiliates for racism

Clean, safe property. Easy access off freeway. Affordable stay in Santa Fe.

The clerk made a mistake and charged us a great deal of extra money per night for our stay, even though we had already paid the entire bill via Expedia. She argued with us that we owed the money, that Expedia was charging us more. This was made more suspicious by a woman in the hotel pool telling me the hotel was charging her a great deal of money more per night, and she was fighting it. This miserable situation caused us lost sleep and about two hours on line to Expedia and our credit card to fight this thing. The incident overshadowed two of our three days in Santa Fe and really gave us a bad impression of the area. The manager finally told us his clerk had made a mistake, and the charge was taken off. I understand being new and not "getting" your job, but the incident really put a dent in two of three days we were there as we worried about it, strategized what we needed to do to fight it, feared what might happen to our credit. ... I feel for all those who were charged extra, such as the woman who was fighting the extra charges. .... The tiny pool also had a strange smell.

No working WiFi

Absolutely NO usable internet. I was getting 2 mips down and .6 up. When I complained I was told that was because the hotel was full and too many people were trying to use the internet? I replied that's like explaining why there is no hot water because the hotel was full and too many people were taking showers?! I found another hotel up the road which offered 250 mips! This ramada needs to update it's internet! It's stuck in the 90s.

Front desk was a pain to deal with. Breakfast was bad.

Location was good. I did not like waiting 20 minutes for my check in. There was a problem with a tenant and the only desk clerk available had to take care of the matter. However, we were tired having been on the road all day and checked in around 8PM. We wanted to check in, shower and go to bed. The delayed check in wasn't helpful.

The area didn’t feel very safe. Many homeless people around and we were asked for money by one of them. We heard gunshots that night coming from down the road. The hotel itself is nice and clean.

Hotel was run down. Could use a significant upgrade. Photos didn’t portray actuality. Would not stay there again.

I like the building from the outside.The outside parking was not clean in the back parking area there was trash here and there. The room was good but it needed a good dusting. The furniture is outdated and the electric outlet covers need to be replaced. The sound of vehicles going by was annoying.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfy.

The property itself was convenient to people and places we planned to visit, but is in dire need of a total refresh. Things were generally clean but very worn. The water pressure in the shower was amazing but the handheld spray head was difficult to position and wouldn’t stay put. The breakfast selection was limited but tasty, however condiments and spices were nonexistent. The area itself is a bit sketchy, so a security person was posted outside the side entrance and was a constant reminder of the situation in the area. Outside door scanners worked intermittently and you would have to walk around the building to the main entrance when they didn’t. The posted “vending” area was a lone drink machine that didn’t work most of the 3 days we were there. The bed, while large, was very uncomfortable and low to the floor so it was personally not as easy to get in and out of for me. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and overall sleep was not very restful.

Santa Fe, NM weather was amazing and we enjoyed everything we did over there.

I never checked in. I paid through my booking with Expedia, the hotel called and I had to provide credit card for incidentals. I explained I had paid through Expedia and they confirmed and said it was just for incidentals. While I was in flight to Santa Fe, they billed for the cost of the room. Based on this dishonesty, I did not check in to this hotel.

Hopefully the room was cleaner than it looked. The sheets, bedspread and towels had stains. The toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Luckily i travel with Lysol wipes and wipe down my room wherever I stay. Parking is limited and fills up quick! There are a lot of homeless in the area but you need your room key to access doors to the hotel. The parking lot is littered with beer cans and bottles. It was just one night passing through.

I appreciated how quiet the room was and that it did not have a pet smell some carpets emit. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean.
