I was asked to pay for the parking and for the dog. Those chargers are not clearly stated on the hotel's description. The staff was simply rude. The location is inconvenient. A place to avoid!

Quiet Corner. Close to the castle and the Cathedral of Giusto. 8 minutes taxi ride to the pier to take our cruise.

The staff were incredible friendly, welcoming and efficient. They helped with dinner reservations and taxi's and nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms have been refurbished which is great and the beds are firm. Some of our team had tiny showers however, but were powerful and hot!

Perfect stay. Close to restaurants, bus stops. walkable to explore the area of Trieste. Walkable to the museum, fortress and beautiful church of San Giusto.

Your site states "close to Beach". This is a lie. There is NO Beach nearby. The harbour is more than half an hour walk from the Hotel but NO Beach!

I like this hotel for two main reasons: (1) it is located in a mixed residential-commercial area that is relatively quiet but accessible to the historic part of the city that attracts most tourists. (2) It near a bakery that focuses on gluten-free and lactose-free pastries. Also, the hotel restaurant has gluten-free options, for breakfast, lunch at reasonable prices. The restaurant staff is excellent.

The hotel location was in an industrial area, nothing could be reached by car, even though it claims in description you can. PM staff (of one) was overworked, tired and rude, sent us to the city garage where we had to pay 16€ per day for parking. In the AM we woke up to the trail of ants, which apparently came from the outside, even though we had no food in the room. Breakfast was OK, costs 3€/person. Rooms were small without microwave, not recommended for family w kids. Wish I had a chance to cancel, but was unable to.

The hotel was very nice, staff was polite. There was a mix up with our dates but it was all worked out fine. The suite, or what they call an apartment was very roomy, comfortable, and clean! Bathroom was very nice! Good parking area. The surrounding area was a bit questionable to me but there was a great cafe walking distance with homemade gnocchi and poached pears wrapped in pasta! So good! The breakfast at the hotel was also very nice! Overall a great experience!

Very pleasant location for a relaxing stay. The main attractions are about 20 minutes walk or a bus ride away.

The hotel is situated aprox. 15-20 min walking distance from the old town. Hotel’s staff is very helpful and courteous. Breakfast - buffet style is €3.00 extra, but well worth it. Includes espresso or cappuccino freshly brewed by a friendly staff. We had a pleasant stay.

Several floors under construction at the time we were there. But, staff and services were good. Morning breakfast provided at 3 euros was very good; hard working and friendly staff there. Impressed, tipped.

Very reasonable and tasty breakfast. Helpful staff. We got a taxi from the centre to the hotel which cost between 8 and 10 euros. There are buses, but we didn’t use these. We did walk from the centre back to the hotel after our evening out. This was uphill and hard work!!! Much better to walk into the centre and transport back - which is what we did the next morning!! I think the walks took around 30 minutes but we didn’t take the most direct route!!

Parking was terrible. Low cars simply get grilled on the way down. Parking looks like a dungeon from a medieval time. Staff is amazing though. The room looked like a student dorm rather than a hotel room. I've been in Trieste couple of times and all hotels seem to misunderstand the star rating system or simply have great connections so they can keep theirs.

This hotel was adequate - just - as a place to stay. It’s a fair distance to the city area either a long walk up hilly street or a circuitous taxi ride through narrow one way streets. My single room was pokey and not really suitable for more than 1 night - unless uou’re Under the age of 10! However there were no other options in Trieste for this night I had no choice.

What we've come to expect from BW! Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast and decent location. Hotel staff was very nice. We were not able to get a crib for our 9 month old however our room had 2 single beds put together which is king-size so we had plenty of space to have our little one with us.

This is an older hotel that is "tired", but comfortable enough. It is located away from most attractions and is not in a great part of Trieste.
