Dingy room. Very noisy and angry neighbors. Was in the outer motel rooms. Would have been tolerable for the price if wasn't for very thin walls and noise.

Pro: lobby and room were clean and well lit. Close to ANC Airport and there is a shuttle bus if needed. There were lots of nice Christmas lights.
Con: the room did not appear to have a functional heater, so it was chilly. The shower diverter valve is hidden under the water spout. The "breakfast" appears to be 85+% carbs. Almost everything on offer was consumed well before closing time and no one seemed to be restocking. So there might not be anything edible if you sleep past 0700.
Other than that it was a so so experience. With a little bit of effort the place has the potential to get better ratings.

Just a quick overnight before flying out on vacation. Comfortable and looks newly updated. The curtains didn’t fit quite right so a lot of light shone into the room from the outside hall lights. Other than that it’s a great stay!

staff (Jackie) was willing to change my room to make it easier to get to, no stairs cause I'm an older lady. Very pleasant about making changes for me. I loved that! This is very convenient for my travels in Alaska and convenient to the airport.

One night stay. Room was clean. I stay at this hotel every three weeks with business travel. Location is Quiet. close to food locations within walking distance.

I have stayed at other places in area, but came back to Puff (I've stayed here once b4 months ago). Staff is great. Rooms are clean. Hotel offers airport shuttle and is close to restaurants.
I will stay here again.

This is a cheap hotel near the airport. With that being said, as a Solo traveler the neighborhood that this is in is very questionable. The room it wasn't actually part of the hotel it was off of an annex it was on the side of the street that had a lot of traffic. Just understand when booking the cheaper rooms are not actually in the hotel. The carpet was disgusting it was so dirty not to mention there's no deadbolt lock on the door.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the breakfast options, which included cereal, yogurt, bakery items, waffles, coffee, and both apple and orange juice. It was a great way to save on breakfast costs. Special shoutout to the manager, Amber, who is super friendly and really makes sure your stay is pleasant. I’ll definitely be staying here again! Oh and they provide shuttle to the airport !!

The room was as expected for the price though it definitely needed to be updated. Also the room was quite warm and the a/c did not cool it to a comfortable level.

Staff is nice enough and the building seems maintained but we had bed bugs in our room, so that was unpleasant to wake up to that in the middle of the night and have to deal with.

Nice rooms. Close to the airport, but very noisy. We didn’t sleep much at all because of the noise from the airport.

Rooms were decent, but air-conditioning and heat did not work and Steph never came to check on it upon request.

Everything was good! Except the window in my room didn’t open and it was stuffy, so I didn’t sleep well. And I don’t use air conditioning due to sensitive lungs. Too bad because the mattress was super!

Staff was not friendly and when we went to check in they acted like they did not have any rooms for us. I reserved 2 rooms and they sent us to a separate building that we had to climb the stairs to our room and take all of our luggage ourselves. The next morning we went down for breakfast very busy and short of breakfast items. The young man that drove us back to the airport to meet Princess Cruise line Rep.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Everything else was absolutely terrible. The first room had multiple hair in the bed and a dirty coffee pot with old coffee still in it. We were given a free upgrade and that room was definitely cleaner, but this is a very tired hotel.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable, with a nice breakfast assortment included.
In room coffee maker was not clean.
It was very frustrating to get through to call for the free shuttle service. They don't answer the phone. They need more help.

The stay was ok. Shower had very low pressure but was warm. Beds need to be replaced. They are sloping on both sides, had to sleep at an angle. Electrical outlets were all not working. Room keys kept losing it's ability to open doors. Breakfast was decent. Worker was slow to replenish items that were out. Coffee was good. I also liked that breakfast started at 5 am for early flights. Not sure if I would stay again as my room for 3 was over $300. A room for 2 was about $170.

The lady at check in was very pleasant but there was a shortage of staff to run the entire operation. The hotel in near the airport which makes it convenient but the noise from the planes can be an issue.

It was near airport and cheaper than other hotels. Our room was very dated with bathroom with no hooks or shelves to place personal items. Shower floor , as well as curtain was mildewed. The breakfast was rather basic with few choices

Tiny rooms full size bed for two people to sleep in. People yelling in the parking lot outside our room. Then someone started banging on our door. Didn’t feel safe at all.

Our stay was a comfortable start to our Alaska Adventure. We waited an hour for our airport shuttle. Staff acted as though the wait was our fault. I don't know how they could truthfully say that as they didn't show up at the designated spot they told us.

From the start the staff was busy talking to one another when i was the only customer waiting. Before we got to the room we were warned its unsafe lock the deadbolt people have keys to the rooms that dont work here. The room was pore dirty outdated over priced. We decided to sleep ontop the bedding and skip a shower.

I booked on line using yelp. The room was not like the pictures in adjunct building . Room was terribly small with barely enough room for double bed. The sink was within 6 inches of the bed. The bathroom was a converted closet you could wash your feet at same time as using toilet. The lady at the desk was very nice and agreed that it wasn't like pictures she was very nice and quickly put me in another more appropriate room. She was great and presented herself and the hotel well.

Called hotel three times prior to arrival, specifically about shuttle service, as we were arriving around midnight. Told each call shuttle would be there. Called for pickup and was told the driver didn't show for work. Got a taxi, arrived at hotel to see a typed notice that shuttle not available day we arrived, and other dates in future. Clerk said notice was posted about a week prior. No "sorry we didn't call you" or offer to reimburse for taxi cost. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Carpet was old and dirty.
