The staff was very nice and I felt very comfortable in the hotel the food was so so but it was a waffle bar so it was expected but it was always hot and they had coffee available which was a plus and the pool area was very clean and plenty of towels very good experience

Very nice place to stay rooms are clean and very comfortable beds pool is nice and clean overall nice clean place to stay,Only issue we had was the washer and dryer were not working at all need to put new ones very outdated Appliances ,but had a wonderful stay friendly staff nice free breakfast just enough to get your started

The stay we had was comfortable and pretty accommodating. The service was great and if we needed something it was given to us promptly. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety plus the pool was fun to relax in.

We had no trouble checking in after we went upstairs we checked our beds our beds were still dirty and had to be changed toll management management came up after about 30 minutes and gave us sheets to change our own bed after that everything was fine breakfast was cold the next day did not stay at the hotel much at all

It was dirty beyond dirty. No cares given no attempt at making the place better. Run down, smells, carpets have prolly never been cleaned. Cig butts everywhere

Noticed several persons in longvterm stay on jail diversion/bracelet. Parking lit very run down with cig butts everywhere. For discount price it served the perpise. Would not recommend if paying full price

When we arrived no one was there to check us in. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The elevator was in crappy condition. The hallway smelled terrible. Our room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was cigarette burns on the tub. The bedding had stains and looked dirty. Worst stay i have ever had at a hotel

The rooms need to be cleaned better. There was what looked like food all over the bathroom door. Had a king suite, tv in the living room barley worked. We also had to defrost the freezer in the fridge. Recliner in bedroom was broken. Also there was know where to hang your clothes. The pool and hot tub really need to be scrubbed. The pool area in general needs to be cleaned daily. Hair balls everywhere. It was our 38th wedding anniversary trip also.

Terrible customer service. No coffee in the morning. Desk clerk finally made it, then prepared her own cup while 5 customers waited behind her! So rude!

The room had mold growing on the ceiling. The pool and hot tub were unusable due to how unclean the water in both were. The microwave and phone in the room did not work. The staff ran my credit card without telling me the amount of the charges.
Breakfast if you want to call it that was old eggs rewarmed. No fruit. I went to get water out of the machine and it was full of dirt.

Had a good stay for the price we paid. Beds are sort of uncomfortable and they basically give you a sheet to sleep with. The room had a musty smell but other than that it was clean. Had a microwave and refrigerator and TV. The pool was warm and decent, and the hot tub was so hot I couldn’t even get in. Didnt see anywhere to change the temp either. Ceilings falling apart, mold all on the ceiling and floor inside the pool room too. Sauna was just flat out scary. This place is really only good for sleeping and thats it. Breakfast was sad, but it is complementary so i was happy there was something. Waffles and eggs but thats all. Cereal, toast, and yogurt were the only other options. NO MEAT OPTIONS. Staff was friendly and accommodating:)

The lady that checked us in was wonderful. We checked in 1/2 early, called to see what rooms were available. We had issues with the TV not working & called front desk.. said they would send someone..no one came. I asked for a hairdryer (which was listed under amenities) again said they would send one to the room. Once again no one showed.

I like how it was quiet and quiet neat. I did not like how they did not clean the pool 3 days in a row there was a hair ball floating around. A bit dirty the hotel rooms were neat and clean. The breakfast was good.

This property is absolutely disgusting! Do not stay here! Switched rooms 2 times due to dirty beds and bathrooms. The pool area is the worst pool i have ever seen in my 43 years on earth! This place should be shut down until they can get it together. Needless to say 20 minutes after arrival we were out of there! The only positive i can say is i got my money back with no hassle. Im still grossed out when i think about this place and the smell.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The entire floor smelled exclusively of ramen. Our room was just kind of gross. Dead bug in the bathroom, goop on the walls, the air conditioner was leaking and making parts of the drywall sag. All around not ideal place to stay even for a quick stay and the price was high for the quality.

The stay was good, bedding was clean and very presentable. Beds were comfortable. The hotel in general looked old. The rooms were modernized it seemed. The only intetaction with the staff wss at check in.

We stayed at the Polynesian for 3 night's, absolute Worst stay of my life. Dirty smelly nasty place snd i have pics that prove it

No phone or alarm clock in room. Sheets stained. Moldy, smoky and sour smell in the room. Ice machine broken. Walls in the entire property are moldy and water stained. Hot tub was yellow and murky.

It was clean and comfortable. It had an elevator and a cart put all their suitcases in which we loved. It was easy access to downtown Wisconsin dells.

If you just need a place to rest your head, this will do. We found hairs in our beds, shower and sink. Mirrors were all smudged. The comforters were filthy and stained. The freezer in the fridge was so caked with ice that it took up the top shelf leaving limited space for food and drink. We could hear doors slamming all night and the people walking above us as we tried to sleep. Towels were few and were stained.
The beds were comfortable I thought but given how cheap it was, we weren't expecting much.
