NICE PLACE TO STAY. EASY ON AND OFF 127

Room was very clean had nice breakfast food however it was very busy and were running out of items. But it was quiet and good price. Would stay again

There was a beetle under the mattress and stained bedding.

Room was not ready, no soap, entire floor smelled like hot urine

Staff was organized and friendly even when they were busy. Perfect location as soaring eagle was booked. Reasonably priced and rooms were clean!

I wanted to treat myself on this trip to a more higher end hotel but turns out i have stayed at better low end hotels . Not sure if the bed linens were changed or just pulled tight the bed just didn't look made . There was a piece of the furniture broken off and laying on the floor . I reported that to front desk and was tolk to just not worry about it . I went to but a couple of items in the frigerator to find it was full of takeout food from last people i assumed. Morning breakfast lets just say i was glad the Ihop was next door . All in all a good trip but not what i Was expecting for the price

Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. The room was clean but the beds were not very comfortable. The room met our needs though. A quick place to rest and recharge. Breakfast was great though!

Very clean and updated hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some towels were white and some had a dingy color. We just used the white ones.

Hot tub was cold, a lot of broken things throughout the hotel, my reservation was messed up booked a 2 queen bed and received 1.

I’ve been traveling to this area for 25 years. This hotel use to be the one to stay at. Now it’s looking pretty well traveled and will do in a pinch. I’ll look into other establishments next time I’m traveling through the area. The clerk at check in was super friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Hotel was clean and quiet. We especially appreciated the noon checkout time. The pool and fitness area were closed for maintenance. However, we knew this ahead of time.

Our room was great, Megan was absolutely wonderful in helping our stay. The night desk worker was mean and very unfriendly.

Saturday I had booked a room at the Hampton inn Mount Pleasant with my 2 girls and their friend for a cheer competition. I arrived in town early and was told there are zero check ins before 3. He didn't even look to see if any rooms were available. I was bummed but It is what it is. So the girls and I went and got lunch. I came back a little after 2:30. I figured I'd unload the car and get in line so I can get checked in right at 3 considering I had to leave right away to go be at the state finals for competitive cheer by 4. I walked in to find out my room wouldn't be available until 4 but worse yet was the behavior of the gentleman behind the front desk. 2 female workers had just shown up and he was giving them the run down and that run down included bad mouthing people who were upset and mocking a customer because they said they were calling corporate. So I called him out on it and he wanted to tell me not to talk to him like that. He was incredibly rude. So a lady behind me started yelling at the guy because he took her phone number and when a room was ready was supposed to be called and all these people she came with got their room…. So what did they do accommodate her and got her a room. WHY did no one else get accommodated. Why did he tell some people zero check ins before 3 but others were able to check in. I just called a Hilton hotline since I haven't heard from the manager. Supposedly they already sent my refund. If that doesn't speak volumes then idk what does.

Our check in was at 3:00, but our room wasn’t ready/done being cleaned until nearly 5:00. When we got to our rooms finally, the pillows were really haphazard on the bed, almost as if someone took a nap after making the bed, and the fitted sheet wasn’t tucked in at all. It just felt really really rushed, and I completely understand waiting after a busy night, but to wait an extra two hours and then the room to feel hardly touched was really frustrating.

Staff is super friendly, they are very accommodating. The stay is worth the money. Thank you very much for a great night.

Didn't like that the pool and hot tub wasn't available when we checked in but no notification or money off, as I was looking forward to a little relaxation in hot tub for my weekend stay. Was very disappointed
