Very happy I chose this hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice, clean and spacious room.

The air conditioner heater unit was not functional. The coffee table had toddler footprints on it. And there was an underlying perfume fragrance in the room. Otherwise, I stay was fine. The sheets seemed clean.

Very comfortable beds !!! The WiFi and tv worked well. Nice beautiful shower and clean bathroom. Friendly people at the front desk..we loved it .

Excellent stay. Friendliness of staff and cleanliness of room was great. And of course the value in savings compared to other hotels was exceptional. We’re inclined to use Quality Inn accommodations again as we travel, going forward.

Quick check-in, friendly employee at counter. Breakfast was what you can expect from a place like this.

Had a great stay. The room was clean and fresh. The price was inexpensive. Breakfast was a nice continental breakfast. Only thing was that the mattress was a little bit too firm for my liking. Loved that they used text messaging to ask if you need housekeeping or something else each day. Staff friendly and helpful. The airport was close and the flight pattern was near the hotel at different times you could hear the planes.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean but the beds made a thunderous noise from the bed frame! Breakfast was okay. It was a convenient location overall,

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and they provide a decent breakfast. Also the location was not far to get to Graceland and seemed relatively safe. I would recommend staying at this Quality Inn.

Overall it was a good place to stay, very convenient and shopping and dining places were so close.

We only stayed one night there, but it felt that it wasn’t very safe with some unsavory characters hanging out in front of our room, and we woke up with five police cruisers right outside our room!!!!!!
There was one woman screaming today, police officers, and several lookers hanging out right outside of our room.
We basically just walked through the crowd and got in our car and left.

Well run place with high standards. Easy check in on arrival. Room and bathroom very clean. Nice white sheets and towels. Quiet air conditioning unit. Not many public tranaport options, but an easy 20-minute drive to the city. Only minor issues were lack of replenishment of breakfast items for later times, so no fruit available on one day, and the internet was a little slow. Overall a very good place to stay.

Stayed here to be near family. Location was perfect. Room was very comfortable. Spent very little time at hotel. Never had breakfast there since shared meals with family. Felt safe in the area.

Just an overnight stay. Location was surrounded by stores in case you needed something. Breakfast was simple…cold serial, make your own waffles, bagels etc. older hotel so needs upgrades. My bed was not comfortable but I was so tired I slept well. Swimming pool was nice and clean. For the price, I would stay there again as a pit stop to continue road trip.

While taking a road trip, we decided to stop nearly 1:30am. This location worked with our arrival to help us get some much needed sleep before we got back on the road by 10am.
The location is also near the outlet mall.

Excellent service and value, everyone I encountered was friendly and went out of their way to help with a reservation error on my end and to retrieve an iPad I left behind! I know, not my best weekend but I was grateful for the staff there who helped, Taj and/or Taji.
