Every time we stay there room is not ready at check in. The main reason we stay there is it is the only Non smoking hotel with a Casino

Rooms very noisy. Could easily hear next door neighbors.

The hotel is non smoking even casino area is so good, but the bed too soft and wore, location is convinent.

was average. good location/good price for the time of year, but the room felt extremely dry and difficult to regulate. odd observation but the body wash/shampoo honestly smells like cigarette ash lol

MGM put some $ into Monte Carlo and the results are good

The TV signal is very bad Hard to watch TV as freezes all the time Remite sometimes works

Right off the strip, this hotel was a great location with easy access to other hotels, casinos, venues, etc. Simple rooms that were comfortable and clean, would highly recommend and stay here again.

Room was OK - clean, comfortable and nice view, but no refrigerator or even minibar. Cost of bottles of water and snacks in room were outlandish.

The room is average but requires updates. The blinds are old. The bathroom was extremely dirty. The location of the hotel was great! Update the hotel and it will be perfect!

Great no smoking hotel and casino. Great location. Always a good choice but they really need to update the mattresses. Super soft with no support, like sleeping in a hotdog bun.

So great to stay at a hotel in Vegas that is smoke free. Also having the parking close to the hotel is convenient, and not having to walk through the casino to get to my room. And the Starbucks near the elevators is a great location.

I was attending a concert at T-mobile Stadium and the location was perfect. Also they had one of the best steakhouses I've ever been to Barvette's.

The hotel is nice, and all things are clean; the rooms are good, nothing extraordinary, but not bad. Digital check-in is great, but I recommend getting a card at the kiosks. Sometimes, the app doesn't work, and you need a elevator key. Walls are thin, I could hear people in the room next door talking and their alarm. Good location in the middle of the strip. Eataly area is cute.

Big kudos to the concierge staff lady who checked us in super early at 7 in the morning when we badly needed some space to rest up. The stay was comfortable and we would be back again!

Great non smoking hotel and casino. Located in the heart of the strip made it easy to go anywhere. Great restaurants on property! Beds were really comfortable and the hotel was clean

Everything was good for our stay, except the beds. They were too soft, too low, and worn.

So nice to stay in a hotel that was totally smoke free. The service was friendly and the room was spacious. We recommend staying at the park MGM and will be back

There was not nearly enough drawers or closet space. The sliding door between closet and bathroom makes no sense because you can’t be using closet and opening the door to the bathroom at same time without bumping into the other person. There is no coffee or tea available in the room. Room was clean and we had nice view.

We left Mandalay Bay to be closer to the strip. Park was close, though behind other buildings, and affordable (beware of $50/night resort fees added). We had 1.5hrs to check in and get ready for a dinner, as we had just came from a wedding at the Grand Canyon. When we arrived, we checked in rather quickly and went up to the room. The keys didnt work. I called customer service, hoping they could fix it. After about 5 minutes, my wife decided she would just walk down while I watched the luggage. 15min later (while still on hold with the front desk) she came back to say they had given us the wrong room number. The room was kinda disappointing. The "art" was mismatched retro-chic framed pictures that didnt look good alone or together, the wall paper was peeling at the seams in the bathroom, and the curtain was broken and couldn't be raised more than 1ft (I ended up fixing it with my tools). Went to grab waters and the vending machine was off and since your key wont let you go to another floor, options were $8 drinks from downstairs. I told them about the machine and was told it would be fixed but 2 days later, it still was off. The room also smelled like stale smoke according to my pregnant wife and tho the sheets were clean, they had a big stain on em. Plus someone kept banging on our walls at 4AM, waking us. All in all, we had bad luck with the room I think, and the hotel (and staff) were pretty nice, but after coming from Mandalay, which was cheaper, I was very disappointed.

This was our first time at this MGM property (Park MGM). We stayed at the MGM Grand back in September. The Park MGM is a beautiful property. We were on the 29th floor with a view of the strip. When we got off the elevator on our floor I felt like I was transported back to another time. The furnishings were warm and in velvet jeweled colored. Our room was super clean, amazing bathroom and the shower head....best shower ever! The bed was super comfortable (slept better than ever) and the room so quiet. A truly great experience and a great hotel.

No firdge in rooms. Ocerpriced Water Charged me $36AUD. Hotel smelled, bit rundown. Would never stay here again.

Overall enjoyed my stay at the Park MGM. Would recommend avoiding an adjoining room- you can hear your neighbors next door as if they were in the room with you, the doors are so thin. Got moved to a different room that wasn’t adjoining (very quickly which was appreciated) but the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (trash still in trash cans, dark hairs all over the bathroom and some on the beds). Casinos are non-smoking which is nice, excellent dining options within the hotel and within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Love the Park MGM. Stay here often. Disappointed in room cleanliness last two trips but overall great experiemce. Always recommend, especially for non-smokers
