For the 4 days that I was in Florida I stayed in 3 different Holiday Inn Express. 2 were the pits but this one was a good stay; clean, great housekeeping, and even better breakfast. I would stay here again.

Second time using this property however room maintenance not impressive. Desk chair is soiled, curtains not hanging properly and chair with footrest stuck in the corner so that it cannot be used

was great. The breakfast was phenomenal (eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. pancakes, bread goods, fruit, yogurt and cereal). Staff were friendly. About 15 min from concert venue which was convenient.

The hotel is in a great location. I had asked for two adjoining rooms and the hotel was very accommodating and responsive. There were just little things within the hotel that we had issues with — like the vent didn’t work in either room and the electricity outlet didn’t work in the bathroom. I didn’t want to say anything and loose the adjoining room, but these things affected my rating. Other than that - my stay was great and I will be staying again.

The check-in process went smoothly and the clerk on duty was polite and efficient.
Our room was clean, which is always a plus, housekeeping personnel maintained dozens of rooms in the most desirable way.
Breakfast was excellent. It included a variety of choices for everyone.

First arriving took awhile for front desk rep. When we got to the room the carpet was filthy with lots of bad stains, didn’t want to walk barefoot. The beds were lumpy and felt very wet. Limited tv access, the room had a musty stale odor. Used to always stay at Holiday Inn's they have gone downhill.

Good stay place for a discovery vacation. If your idea is to stay in the property, I do not recommended for it. However if you plan to go out it is great for that, moreover after a busy day and you come back, you can enjoy the quiet place and relax without any inconvenience.

My daughter, and I stayed at this location for a couple of concerts. The staff is friendly, beds are comfortable, there is good water pressure, and yummy breakfast choices. The only suggestion I would have is to get shower liners with magnets on the bottoms to keep the shower curtain from blowing in on you while showering. We will be back in the Fall for our next concert trip. 😊

The property was good, very friendly and accommodating staff. Was also impressed with the breakfast options, would’ve thought a property on the smaller scale would have provided so many options.
The only complaint is the bathroom (room 438). The sink’s water pressure was almost non existent and the showers drainage was backed up.

It was conveniently located for a conference I was attending. A number of shops and restaurants were nearby, and the Target was very handy. Quiet and comfortable. My room smelled a little like a dog had been there but it dissipated quickly

Went for the first time here: short family vacation. Reserved a one room two queen beds. Beds were comfortable. Had small refrigerator, microwave, k-cup coffee maker. So, the coffee maker didn’t work; the refrigerator was broken; literally froze everything you put in it including water bottles which were a block of ice. Cleaning was a joke; had to ask for extra towels, hand towels and face cloths every day we were there ( party of three). AC had a mind of its own no matter what you set it on would kick off and on all day and night. Thank god we brought our own fan to circulate the air. Breakfast was a decent breakfast: staff at breakfast time were AMAZING. Evenlyn was the sweetest person to wake up to every morning made sure you were all set and tables were clean. I would had given this a 5 had the small amenities in room were broken and AC worked and cleaning staff actually did their job.
