Big room, nice inn on a quiet street. Walkable to restaurants & shops. Good continental breakfast included. No elevator!

Excellent professional and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. Cute well designed rooms, great air conditioning. Nice simple breakfast delivered to room daily.

Wife and I had an excellent experience at The Mill Street Inn! It's a boutique hotel - very well maintained and charming. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were large and clean and comfortable. The check-in was quick and the front desk team were happy to answer all our questions. Our bathroom as a little tight but the shower was a good size. Rooftop has nice views and you can take a glass of the complimentary sangria up there and relax. There is no restaurant or food options but the complimentary breakfast is special. You fill out your order the night before and they deliver it to your room at your preferred time. The coffee and yogurt parfait were excellent. The hotel is centrally located and we were able to walk to the restaurants (and pretty much everywhere else, but we like to hike and explore). Would highly recommend The Mill Street Inn - we will definitely stay here on our next visit to Newport.

Mill Street Inn is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Newport. The building and its amenities are very clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. We stayed in a King Duplex room with a downstairs living room and upstairs bedroom, bathroom, and roof deck. It is well worth the value for everything included, and the view is amazing. Will definitely book here again.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Mill Street Inn and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. The check-in process was seamless and the front desk team were happy to answer any questions I had. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. But what really made my stay stand out was the hotel's attention to detail. From the fresh towels and linens to the complimentary breakfast, every aspect of my stay felt thoughtfully considered. I would highly recommend The Mill Street Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Beautiful room with a private deck. Staff very helpful and nice. Off street parking in a tight, underground lot- a little challenging but got help from a staff member. Pretty expensive but so was everything else in Newport in July. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was very comfortable, easy parking. Nice staff, excellent amenities. Only con is that there is no elevator. Had to walk up 2 flights steps with luggage- staff didn’t offer to help ( we are older). Perhaps request room on first floor. Otherwise great place

Greeted by friendly staff, we had a 2 story suite loved that we could see the water from our balcony. Nespresso machine in room, breakfast was included, you chose night before and it was delivered to your room in morning. Had quite a few choices especially liked the yogurt parfait. Excellent location close enough to walk to restaurants and shops but far enough not to hear the crowds. Would recommend to anyone visiting Newport.

Loved this place for location. Cute boutique feel. Nice snack welcome bag, plus sangria and infused water complimentary. Lovely rooftop deck and sunset view. The breakfast— although in room — the quality was far superior to most hotel breakfasts in the U.S., from the almond croissant pastry, very fresh fruit cup, and best yogurt parfait. Staff onsite 24 hours so felt really safe. Nice surroundings on this street. The junior suite was roomy.

I loved the room and the hospitality at the front desk. The room was very comfortable. I loved the seating area and the brightness of the room.

Very convenient and safe. Could walk everywhere I wanted to go. Loved the rooftop sangria in the evening and the breakfast delivered to my room in the morning.

We were warmly welcomed . Accommodation was superb. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Apartment style room was clean ,comfortable and in great condition. Fireplace, robe and slippers were a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was delivered to room at desired time and it was great quality and delicious. Location is very convenient to many locations and just a couple of blocks from the waterfront. Every staff member we met was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back to stay there again.

Laurie at desk was amazing. Best customer service ever. Put our route on awalking map for us and also made great suggestions for eats. Wonderful roof terrace. Loved the historic details and great location.

Wonderful accommodations! We loved that we had on site parking. The welcome bag was such a nice added touch. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views from the rooftop deck where we could enjoy the complimentary sangria! Breakfast was much more than expected and delicious! Absolutely great location for walking to the popular areas of Newport. We hope to return one day soon.

The staff is easily one of the best I've ever encountered, and the property blends beautiful old architecture with modern amenities. Mill Street Inn is now our default place to stay whenever we're in Newport.
