Everything was excellent except that our AC leaked a few times, and the hot tub was not hot. But still overall our state was great!

We enjoyed it. We had the suite and the room was pretty nice. Guide on the t.v. didn't work, but that wasn't a deal breaker. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Swimming pool was ok, but hot tub wasn't working. All in all for the location and what all it gave. It honestly wasn't bad. I've stayed in worst off hotels with less and paid a lot more for the stay.

Service at the front seat was great, unfortunately cannot share same feedback for the conditions of this hotel. The rooms were full of mold , humidity smell was everywhere and ceilings full of mold stains. Cleanliness was a -10 😞

Hotel good need some modernization. Just 15 walk to the beach. We had mold at the bathroom ceiling. The room service was extremely slow. We usually came back at 4pm from the beach to prepare for dinner. The room wasn’t ready at that time. That happened every single day. From my perspective the hotel wasn’t completely booked out. I think there is much room for improvement. The staff at the reception was professional and kind.

The service and staff were nice, hotel room itself was clean and well kept. The hotel's cleanliness itself seemed to be a little unclean, especially in the hallways and common areas.

We got there before 4pm and the front desk ask me if we could wait for 10mins and it’s fine.
All checked in around 4:05pm we got to the room and it looks like they just cleaned it and so we’re like okay fresh clean and looking around and my friend found eyelashes on the ground right next to the night stand and we thought they just cleaned the room since we could still see that the floor was just mopped. My friend told me that the refrigerator also kinda smelled. Room was okay we were facing the parking lot/street. Bed and pillows are comfortable. They have continental breakfast. Dining area was kinda crowded and small. Outdoor pool/gym. Close to Starbucks and other shops

Very comfortable bed, clean room. Shower area needs updating. Smoke alarm kept going off while i was using curling iron. Pool area could be cleaner and hot tub not working. Breakfast was good but by 3rd day they had no butter, cream cheese, and orange juice got wstered down half and half. Eggs were good but pan was not keeping them hot.

Very convenient to everything.even though there was a lot of traffic. It was still easier than getting out on the main road and we took the back roads to get around a lot of the traffic.

One of the worst Experiences I had. No quiet morning when I was there. Someone knocked the door from 4 am, and the janitors talked so loudly!!!

Had to check out of previous hotel for various reasons and was thankful there were availabilities. Stayed here last year on vacation also and once again the place was so clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fresh each day that we stayed. Pool was clean even tho hot tub was out of service. Overall I have no complaints

After reading some reviews I was nervous. Our room was clean and ready. Last who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. Room was huge . Breakfast was hot and always full with choices. Only downfall was fridge did not keep super cold. Great location. We would stay again .

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff were friendly. Brianna was attentive and greeted us each day.

No one is ever at the front desk nor do they answer the phone lines. Waited over 30 min at front desk to check in bc they left it un attended with a sign saying be back in 5 min which was not true. They had 6 missed calls it was very frustrating as my family and I were extremely tired and just needed to get our room keys to sleep.
