Bed was extremely uncomfortable, shower head didn't work only side shower which this room was our second time we had switched and didn't want to go through that again

My friend and I were there for a senior tennis tournament. We arrived late but everything was smooth. Nice staff. Room is spacious and clean. Only one prob is the AC is quite loud. Great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt.

We were very comfortable and given a late check out. We felt the price was reasonable and the rooms although a little outdated were nice and comfortable. We will definitely be staying again

At the beginning I was a bit disappointed with the hospitality service from the maids.
But the professional team controled the verbal comments the girls were talking aloud indiscrimination of the guests.

I had a great experience staying at the Hyatt this past weekend. The staff was friendly, the room was super clean and the location was very convenient to my weekends activities. Loved how they offered free coffee and tea and there water with oranges was really refreshing! Also they had a microwave downstairs available to use at any time was convenient too.

Room 413 has to bee sprayed for bed bugs. My son slept on the sofa bed and was bit by a bed bug. As well as none of the rooms have microwave, regrigerators dont work good.

Outside of the property was OK but my carpet in my room was wet when we got in wet spots in areas. Carpet was dirty. It felt icky to walk on the shower floor was not cleaned all the way our beds were pretty nice nice and soft and cozy, but I just did not like that floor, and we stayed four days and they only took out the trash once my pillowcase was dirty. I took it off put it on the floor for housekeeping to pick up did not pick up till the second day and did not replace pillows cases refrigerator leaked water all over our food that we had In the fridge
Continental breakfast was all hit. It was the floor and to me the floor is important. I had my four year old granddaughter and you know kids play on the floor. I would not allow her to play on that floor. We had to keep our shoes on because of the icky sticky feeling of the carpet

Had a fantastic time at this property. my family stayed for a week for a baseball tournament. They were very friendly and helpful. Great time.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The place is going under renovations but everything is clean and comfortable. Location is right near mall with movie theatre and dining. Breakfast choices were good and filling. We would stay there again.

I didn’t like that I got a knock on the door saying to check out. Check out is at 12 which I was informed and it wasn’t close to 12 when I got disturbed to check out. That ruined the rest of my stay

The air conditioning in the room vibrated so loud we could not sleep. It was about to fall out of the window.. The hotel rooms are old and need to be updated. The staff was very friendly, The king room we had was very large but again it was very old. There's too many other hotels right in the same area to want to stay here again. They did not have a room for us to change to so we had to check out and go to a different hotel which was super inconvenient but such as life. There's no way housekeeping did not know this air conditioning sounded as bad as it did and they should have absolutely reported it to maintenance and fixed it before they allowed somebody to book this room.

Multiple times I had to get my key card reset. There were big work trucks taking up 6 parking spots, so accessing a parking spot was a challenge.

Everything was fine except the a/c was set to "freeze" and the knobs to adjust the temperature were missing. There was no way to adjust the temperature or fan speed.

My Request was a 2 beds room when i got to the hotel reception informed me that experia messed up my reservation. That being said actually my biggest complain is for experia. I will never used this app again to do any of my trips,
When we check in Friday evening the receptionist was very nice and sweet very caring.

Huge room lots of space. Not many outlets and no usb charging which was difficult to charge all devices. Nothing to charge by beds. Made room seem a little dated as everyone has a ton of devices now.

Stayed at this property for 2 days and i can truly say I was impressed with place and staff for the price. The staff was very courteous. Facilities are not the newest but they are well maintained. Will stay again.A
