The hotel was clean and looks to be recently updated. The staff was very nice. Even being on the freeway, the noise in the room was minimal. The beds were a little lacking but overall, it was perfect for what we needed. I’d stay here again for sure!

The room wasn’t very clean and also there was no hot water for the shower. Will not be staying here again.

This hotel was a nightmare. My safety was threatened, no cleaning was done, and the staff treated me poorly. This hotel was a nightmare.

The beds were pretty terrible, very hard, sheets were torn and very thin. Bathroom was tiny and bathtub was pretty filthy. We come to the area often and won’t stay here again.

We've stayed here multiple times and it is more than often a good place to stay. This time the room was next to some kind of noisy water system. It sounded like 10 showers blasting all at the same time. It started at 1 am and lasted for 1 1/2 hours. It happened both nights. Do not use room 242.

Check in was fast! It was nice room, with mini fridge and microwave, bed comfy but the bedspreads was old and had holes, toilet handle came loose, we didn’t have an iron in both rooms had to ask for two which they kindly delivered.

I was not only turn away after saying I just needed to provide a $100 deposit I was turned away while trying to keep my kids safe from a very violent relationship

Property was very dated. Pillows were flat. Beds were terrible. Breakfast wasn’t very good- limited selection. Shower worked.

The staff was great & accommodating to our large party. Unfortunately the location faced the freeway and the walls were thin so it was very noisy each night. Our water heater was wonky and went from scorching hot to freezing cold, no in between. Also breakfast ran out quick.

The room was nice and cleaned. However, the bathroom was different story. The hair dryer was exposing the electrical components which is super unsafe especially having small children running around. The shower head had soap scum build up. This place advertises that they have breakfast, well its very disappointing. They only offer Danishes juice and coffee and fruit. More like a snack bar. They had a pancake maker but that wasn't up and running

I will never stay here again! I couldn’t get any cold water to come out of the shower so I had to take a scalding hot shower I couldn’t even stand directly in the water because it was too hot and I could not adjust the temperature. There was a hole in the drywall above the shower exposing wires and insulation. The toilet was dirty. The pillows were lumpy, the bed was uncomfortable, the lighting above the mirror was terrible so I could hardly see to get ready for the day. The breakfast choices was terrible, no coffee in the rooms. It just had a dirty feel, I got in at 1am after driving 10 hrs, thankfully I only booked one night at this place. I couldn’t wait to get out of that place.

I was bummed to learn we had to pay a 100 dollar additional fee. Even though it should be reimbursed, we were not told of this fee when we booked through expedia. The road noise is intense so bring ear plugs and a white noise machine.

It was just a quick overnight stay, but even so it would’ve been nice to walk into our room and the first thing we thought CHEAP, definitely not an 8.4 like you rated it, box spring on the bed is broken big cracks in the sink, and the hot and cold on the shower did not work properly. Someone could have really burnt themselves with that water.

This place was so much better than many expensive hotels I’ve been to. Very clean and spacious, had microwave and nice comfortable beds. The only one thing I noticed was a squeaky noise on the floor/carpet when walking on it. It was upstairs so I don’t what’s the downstairs like. I will stay here again.
