Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The location was perfect for us - on the shuttle route, walkable to town and to harbor. Also very close to My Marathon trailhead.

Free city shuttle that p/u from Alaska RR and drops off right across the street from hotel office. Our room was clean, staff was super friendly, area was walkable to restaurants about 15 minutes. Area was safe and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. No breakfast tho

The location was great. It was central to downtown and to the harbour and nice and quiet. Check in was quick and simple and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained. Downside for us was we got all the foot traffic going right past our room as well as hearing all the noise from rooms above us. I would recommend asking for a top floor room to avoid this. All in all it was a good place to stay

Very pleasant hotel. Although it is walkable to town is was a bit farther than I cared for. I have to say, the bed was not the most comfortable but the room was clean and service was good.

Mary at the front desk is wonderful. The free city shuttle at the train station has a stop at the hotel. We were able to walk to places to eat, etc.

Mary at the front desk was wonderful. We were very happy with our rooms. The location was great - in between the harbor and downtown. And there was shuttle stop right at the hotel. Great place to stay!

Close to everything in Seward and average price for a tourist town. Room was clean. Bed gave us a backache. Lots of traffic noise. We had to use a white noise app. Heat was off but room was super hot even though it was 50 outside. Good enough for a place to sleep.

Everything was great. Clean, comfortable, right in town so it was close to everything. Mary was a gracious host. Friendly, pleasant, accommodating and helpful.

Clean, affordable, good location and great service! My only complaint is the bed was firmer than I like, but that’s a matter of preference. Would visit again!

The Inn is old, but clean. Our room had an issue with the heat - we could not turn it down. Otherwise I would have rated it higher. Mary who is the receptionist said she would get it fixed so may no longer be an issue.

The room we stayed in at, had issues with the heating radiator. It would make loud sounds throughout the night even though we turned it OFF. The room was very warm, uncomfortable 😕, we couldn’t sleep at all. We even mrntioned it to the hotel staff after the first night but they couldn’t do anything about it. Sadly, we didn’t enjoy our stay here.

I stayed for ten nights. Perfect location. Central to everything I wanted to do. So I was able to walk to everything. The manager, Mary, was extraordinary. The whole package. Warm friendly knowledgeable and always helpful. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Friendly check in. Room was exceptionally clean. It is an ilder motel and ao is dated. The amenities are few but the cleaniness and friendly staff makes up for that.
