All bath towels very dirty...

Staff we encountered at the desk was nice but hotel itself was not in great condition. Weird pile of dirt in the corner of the room and lots of hair in the bathroom. Affordable place to spend a night on a quick visit.

Front desk gentleman was NOT friendly, our room smelt of urine bathroom smelt of urine, received not even half a bottle of shampoo, clothes were given to us with yellow spots all over them, yelling and screaming from a fighting couple went on for hours!!

The breakfast bad, dirty room, Bed sheets are not clean، every thing in the website is fake

Servce person wasn't prompt to ready our room on time, I got my room after 1 hour from my time. Also TV was turned on middle of the night as its interfere remote from other room which I mentioned to the Curmer service but they are not care much and they didn't compensate for all the inconvinence that I had.

The room smelled very bad, the bathroom was dirty, the ceiling was being repaired from a water leak from upstairs. The shower curtain was also dirty and needed to be washed. Would not recommend this hotel ever.

We booked the room for my step sons wedding night, who didn't drive, so it was perfect locale for them to walk to local shops and restaurants, the staff were responsive and ready to make things right, in my absence thanks you for making their wedding night memorable...... Mike

The sofa in the room was shameful! Very dirty and full of stains. It looked like it was picked up at the side of the road and put in the room. Half the light bulbs were missing and no screen on the window.

Toilet stained, tiles missing from around hot tub, one of the taps for the hot tub required help from the front desk to turn on.

Staff was great .. nice little breakfast . Grounds a bit dirty and upset to see outdoor pool closed and nasty out here which was our view from our room

Alright for one night stay.

The building is 5/10. The carpet in the room has a musky smell. Limited toiletries, even if you book for 4, they only give for 1. The breakfast food was awful.

A very good location. Good if you are planning to stay most of the time away from the hotel: sleep and go. Close to subway and bus stops. Clean and reasonably priced. The room was small, and the TV was old, with no option to connect to TV apps. We had a small window with a view of the street. The suites are bigger but have a view of a wall, so we requested a change. Do not eat in the place on the side - Luna Cafe - which is expensive, has bad service and is bad quality. You will find better food, price and service a couple of blocks away - Cafecito is a good option for breakfast.

There was an unpleasant odour in the room upon entering and the tiles in the washroom in front of the toilet are cracked and lifting up which poses a safety concern. We didn't bother to have the room changed as we were just staying overnight.

The room was excellent, HVAC was perfect, TV was a bit confusing, but not too difficult. The only issue was the shower, water temperature was fine, but the flow was next to nothing. A fine mist was all we could coax out of the shower head. The breakfast was a disappointnent, the auto pancake maker was a new experience for us, however the only syrup was in a bottle, which was almost empty; unsanitary for sure. We got there at 8am, it was opened at 7, and it seemed like they were not interested in keeping it stocked, 2 of the 4 cereal dispensers were empty, yogurt was gone, minimal fruits, and had to search for plates. We ended up going for breakfast after we checked out, so it really had no value.

TV was not working either they need to replace them or need to fix them moreover sofas were not clean either and there was weird smell in the room when we entered inside so need to take care of it

Breakfast is offered from 6-9 AM (7-10 AM on Sundays), but it may be more convenient to buy your own food nearby. The air conditioner is set to 70°F and is loud, while the bed is comfortable but basic. There is only one night table, so you might have to rearrange furniture to suit your needs. The bathroom is dirty, with visible hair from previous guests and insufficient toilet paper and towels. The shower is small and unclean. The room does include a fridge with a small freezer, a desk, a phone, and a plastic cup. The pool is out of service, and the property looks rundown. There’s a drink machine, but it’s overpriced compared to the convenience store. Transit to downtown Windsor is nearby and frequent, but the last bus back is early. The hotel is close to the airport, making it convenient for short stays, but the overall experience is underwhelming. It’s suitable for a one- or two-night stay if you can tolerate cleanliness issues, but spending more for a downtown hotel would offer a better experience in Windsor.
