The hotel was beautiful and our room was large compared to most hotels. The staff was exceptional and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a place more welcoming and friendly. Our waitress at the restaurant was outstanding and everyone was attentive throughout the hotel. The surrounding area was a little sketchy and we were approached by panhandlers and had an encounter someone struggling with mental illness but would definitely stay again if I was attending an event at The Rave.

Wasnt happy that they charged $20 for parking even though we spent the night at $126!!! Will never stay there again knowing that.

I always enjoy staying at the Ambassador. Parking is easy. The room is always nice. I particularly enjoy making coffee in the morning with the Keurig. The Cafe offers a scrumptious breakfast. Afterwards, stopping by the bar for a mimosa is lots of fun.

We attended a show at the Rave, which was directly across the street! The hotel was clean, a little dated but it had charm. The staff members were great. The room/bathroom layout was a little odd but overall it was a nice stay.

We love staying st the Ambassador Hotel! It is like stepping back in time! The rooms are clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The beds are SO comfortable!

Always stay here when we have a concert in Milwaukee that's at the Brewers stadium. Very convenient to the park, they offer a free shuttle. Bar is nice, food was also good. Highly recommend.

The hotel was perfectly fine. All the bar staff was friendly and engaging. Having access to the shuttle was nice, but limited. The area was less desirable. There was limited dining, shopping, etc...The area was very trashy and there were several homeless people wondering about.

Our stay was good. Suggested not to go walking in immediate area. No shopping in immediate area. But shuttle service is available & free. Food is pricy & not a large variety..... but very tasty.

The bathroom essentials weren’t stocked. One of the beds had a nice brown stain on the sheet. No complimentary breakfast either.

the old school charm was unique.
I did not like that every day I laid out my towels to be replaced. Housekeeping would pick up my soiled cloths. but would not replace the soiled towel with clean towels.

What you see on the outside does not at all reflect the inside of the hotel. I really liked this hotel, we took advantage of the shuttle service to downtown. Loved the happy hour, didn't make it to the restaurant, but made it to the bar for happy hour. They had a really great hefeweizen on draft and a great coffee shop also. Staff was super nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay here

The room was very nice, clean and the hotel had a lot of character and history. Very cool experience. Happy they had shuttle service, because I wouldn’t have felt safe walking around.

Shuttle driver seemed to forget he had like three vans worth of customers to pick up from the Brewer game. We waited 30minutes only to have a nearby business offer to take us to the hotel.

No fridge or microwave in the king suite. Paid a decent price to at least have those things available.

Request for extra glasses and cups were no fulfilled. Food was excellent. Our room was huge with two Queen, beds, sofa, and easy chair.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that the comforter on the bed was dirty. The staff gave us a clean one but really didn't give us an answer as to why it didn't get changed when prepping the room as it was very noticeably dirty.

Not safe in surrounding areas, hotel seemed secure, but not certain about that. Dinning on site was good, but short staff, very long wait time. Street noise was very loud at times. All hotel staff that were working were Great!!

The food in the bar was not good. The bartenders were great. Would love to have a newspaper available at the front desk. One Deco Cafe waitress was surly. Front desk staff was great. Would appreciate 2 shuttles during busy times. The drivers were great.
