Terrible hotel, not worth your time or money! I didn't even stay and was charged. I booked a reservation in the car on my way to the hotel. Upon arrival I walked in and was so disappointed. The the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was very accommodating. However, after reading a sign at the front desk that stated there is a $250 fine for smoking in the room when the entire hotel smelled of smoke and after surveying the hotel surroundings I declined to continue with my reservation. I tried to immediately cancel my reservation with Expedia once I got at the location but was unable to do so due to the time frame and was charged for a reservation the next morning even though I didn't stay. Horrible experience never again.

The room was clean but the hallways were not in good shape. Overall the hotel is in need of updating: the tub faucet leaked, the walls are dinged up, the hall carpet dirty, the lights in the hallway very dim etc. I stayed there because I had a dog with me and it was one of the few places that was pet friendly. However, the hotel parking lot was full of trash and there are not a lot of nearby areas to walk a dog.

The handle on the shower fell off when I tried to take a shower.

Room smelled like cigarettes walking through the door, floors in both kitchenette and bathroom were dirty and sticky. Some syrupy orange stuff on the bathroom floors. No dishes, no hair dyed yet the holder for the hair dryer was there, moldy brown type stuff on the ceiling above the shower, door handle to the bathroom came right off when trying to open the door, dim, unlit hallways, and did not feel safe overall.

after a long day out at atco raceway we checked in and didnt sleep good the bed was hard I woke up with body aches the room smell was like petty bad I woke up thinking they have a good breakfast and there was only coffee and hot water for the oatmeal the water was dirty I would never stay there I wouldn't recommended to anybody the rooms are old style they don't have an ice machine very horrible experience

I travel a lot, and this may be one of the worst properties I've stayed at, Entire hotel was dirty and smelled like cigarette and pot smoke, The cabinet doors in the kitchenette were hanging off the hinges, there were burn marks all over the carpet, TV remote did not work. The "continental" breakfast was granola bars and oat meal, that was it. First time I ever checked out of a hotel after having checked in.

Parking

Upon check in I go in my room and everything is broken! From the cabinets to the curtains. There was no tissue or tissue holder in bathroom after a long drive. No cups or face tissues! And worst of all there was huge blood stain on pillow covered with a pillow case! Also blood stain on bed. Front desk staff only offered to change pillow! I was delirious! Manager wasn’t around! Then I was offered another room which was much better but bed was like sleeping on exposed springs. I hurt my knee just by kneeling on bed! Worst ever! Never choose extended stays again!

Bathroom was dirty and old

It’s run down. It needs to be completely renovated!

Homeless, welfare and illegal immigrants living at hotel.

Unclean. Horrible smell. Noisy all night. Not a full breakfast as advertised. Waited 15 minutes for someone to check us out in the morning but no one came.

Keisha was excellent. She made my stay a pleasant and positive experience and was very helpful and personable.

Expensive. Door lock did not work. Poor breakfast. Hair in shower. Stained counters.

The first room's smoke smell hit me like a wave as soon as I opened the door (I asked for non-smoking room). Clerk was very accommodating and switched my room. 2md room smelled funky. Air fan grate in ceiling was rusted out and looked like it had never ever been cleaned. Air conditioner unit was in terrible shape and probably has never had a cleaning/filter change. The desk chair looked gross - I laid a towel on it before I would sit down. The bed was very lumpy and squeaked with every move. Big black stains all over the rug. The room was so bad that I was uncomfortable going to sleep as I was envisioning bugs or mice running around while I slept (as far as I know there weren't any but the room was so skeevy that I couldn't stop thinking that it could be).

I do NOT recommend this hotel. There is a horrible smell throughout, the furniture is old, chipped and broken, the outlet cover was broken in half with exposed wires, the floor was filthy and sticky and the entire room was dirty. There was hair in the sink…absolutely not worth the money! For this price it could at least be clean and decent.

Was horrible. Bathroom was gross. Poop and crap on the bottom of the toliet bowl. Room smelled horrible and the hallway smelled disgusting

Not a smoke-free hotel. A guest was smoking in the lobby and staff was present. Rooms smelled like smoke and in very poor condition. We only passed by for one night and I needed a pet friendly hotel that wouldnt charge me a $150 pet sanitation fee. I couldnt wait to check-out.

Wish it smelled better

The facility was older and showed wear, however, it was clean. Front desk was accommodating, Kesha.

Roaches, room smells very bad

Rooms need to be updated. Musty smell in room.

I arrived and was greeted kindly by the front desk agent. Check in was fairly quick and we walked to our room. We notice the carpet was old dirty and outdated but looked past that. Halfway down hall we spot our room is already open feeling uncomfortable we get the front desk rep who says sorry housekeeping forgot to close it. We cautiously go in and notice the chair in room is heavily stained and has crumbs, bathroom had burn marks on counters and wasn’t fully clean and we saw the table counters were dirty. This was a “suite” and pictures online show a stove. It’s more like a hot plate and outdated. Due to door being open for who knows how long plus room not being clean we go ask for different room and we are given a 3rd floor room. We get on elevator and it’s rough as hell then walk to our room in a smelly hallway get to our room that room was beyond disgusting fridge uncleaned, shower has burn marks and hasn’t been cleaned the sink has hair in it and the tables and chairs are filthy. We pack our items go to the desk and say that room is dirtier than first and all we get is sorry you feel this way as we leave. I’m calling corporate demanding my $145 back as it was a total dump and I had to drive 1.5 hours home in the rain and wind due to their poor conditioned rooms and even worst customer service

Average, older hotel - but clean and comfortable. Front-desk employee was awesome and upbeat. Good value.
