My room was very comfortable and clean. Its small kitchen was an added plus. I particularly appreciated being able to set the temperature of air conditioning.

First I had to get checked in and you only can use a card your location is not convenient for people without vehicle once I finally get checked in I couldn't get relaxed because of the roaches around the room coming out the air conditioner and kitchen so I had to keep my belongings altogether on the table away from the wall then I had to keep checking me and my family beds to make sure none was crawling on us while laying down my kids were afraid to sleep underneath the covers because of the bugs we choose to stay the one night a leave early as possible no vending machine no ice machine no near by stores I will not be returning to this place ever

Reserved a single queen studio but when I got to hotel they had booked all the single queen studios, had to settle for 2 double beds. Not a big deal but didn’t seem right, if I reserved a single queen I should get a queen not have to settle for 2 double beds. All other aspects of stay were great. Friendly staff and great comfort.

Roaches and super dirty broken stove in second room broken refrigerator in the first one. Hall way rug was something out a nightmare. Woman at the front desk was rude and even tried to tell me to move my car out the handicap parking which is for my son. I would have left if my house wasn’t getting lead removed. Never again

The room was full of roaches—some dead, some alive. Probably 10-20 total. We told the front desk immediately that we couldn’t stay there and needed to leave for our kids’ safety.
They apologized and said the manager would need to issue my refund the next morning. I left a note with my number, called once the next day, tried again through hotels.com this morning—no response.

THERE WERE ROACHES ON THE COUNTERS, AND KILLED SEVERAL OTHERS THAT CAME UP FROM THE TUB DRAINS. There was a dead roach in the lobby. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY ALMOST 200 for FILTH!!!!

We would not stay at this hotel ever again nor would we ever recommend this hotel to anyone we know. We had to change rooms three times during check-in because the first two rooms were filthy. The first room (Room 217) had no bedding, food and dirt all over the floors, the kitchen was not cleaned, and the room was facing the back parking lot where there was a car blaring loud music with its windows and doors open in the middle of the afternoon. When we spoke to the front desk about this, we were given Room 218, which was slightly better but the bathroom was not clean, the bathtub tap was stuck and the bathroom door didn't lock. When we spoke to management again, we were given Room 220, which was the best of the three but the carpet had holes in it, the bathroom lock didn't work, the bathtub was rusted and grimy, and we ended up buying our own disinfectant to spray the room to ensure its cleanliness. This was completely different than the photos and reviews online. We felt unsafe and feel cheated based on the money we spent on this hotel stay. No ice machine. Room was small. Dark and smelly hallways. Vending machines had zero prices and asked for 3.25 per bag. Worst stay I have ever had

It’s important to aggregate data when choosing hotels and I regret I didn’t do that here. When I entered the room the first night there was debris on the kitchenette countertop and the refrigerator.
The next night I found a cockroach near death on the floor in the middle of the kitchenette. The bathtub spigot was detached from the wall and there were rust stains visible in the gap between the wall and the spigot.
I had another night in the property and left one day early rather than stay another night in the room despite having prepaid.
Expedia has been great for booking flights. I’ll stick to those going forward.

We called Hotels.com when we were at the airport in Florida to inform them that our flight was delayed and we would arrive after 1AM. We asked if we would still be able to check in. They told us to call the hotel directly and was informed by the hotel that is wouldn't matter what time we arrived as long as we paid for the room. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the room was closed due to a no show which meant we were not eligible for a room or our money back. We had to paybfor another room and only because we were tired from our flights. We eventually got our refund but only after causing a fuss and using a few choice words. Don't play with me and my money because God is gonna make sure inget what I deserve. This was the first incident inhad with Hotels.com but I don't think i will be using them or the hotel ever again.

Getting into the property was tricky due to construction. Hallway and room has a odd smell, like urine. Room itself has a layer of dust and clothing left by previous guests. I'll look for better on my next trip.

When going from and arriving to the hotel, the main street has a medium barricade, so you have to plan routes in different directions. The room door did not open up normally, instead of the usual sliding the room key/card into the slot and pushing down on the door handle, it was pulling up. A fix that was not properly installed and then not fixed. The room was very dated and the kitchen needed to be redone. The heating/cooling system was loud in the room. This location is equivalent to a 2 star motel but changes like it’s a 4 star. The grab & go breakfast, is only bad coffee, creamer, muffins and instant oatmeal. Don’t expect anything more.

The hotel was run down. The bath and floors were filthy. Late at night, we heard animals crawling through the walls. The staff themselves were friendly, but the hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul and exterminator.

Extended stay is a inexpensive and convenient hotel to stay at. Only down fall is more then half the time I stayed I had to switch rooms because of it being dirty. I would give it 10 stars if the cleaners did a bit of a better job, besides that it’s a good hotel to stay at.

Terrible hotel, not worth your time or money! I didn't even stay and was charged. I booked a reservation in the car on my way to the hotel. Upon arrival I walked in and was so disappointed. The the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was very accommodating. However, after reading a sign at the front desk that stated there is a $250 fine for smoking in the room when the entire hotel smelled of smoke and after surveying the hotel surroundings I declined to continue with my reservation. I tried to immediately cancel my reservation with Expedia once I got at the location but was unable to do so due to the time frame and was charged for a reservation the next morning even though I didn't stay. Horrible experience never again.
