The staff were friendly, and the pool was clean and great! Our biggest concern was every room was supposed to be smoke free, but inside and outside the entire hotel smelled of smoke and marijuana. It seemed that the first floor of the hotel is used for long term boarders, most whom smoke and have dogs.

I booked a non smoking room , when I open the door was pure nicotine smell ac was off and no WiFi available, poor room condition…. The surrounding was scary, I felt unsafe ….. a lot of people actually lived in this motel so I see a lot of word trash and stuff around ! Would never go back . We changed room after the guy at front desk said there wasn’t any more room available

Drug addicts everywhere around my room and no one in management would do anything and hotel.com would not get me another room

Prior smoking room, questionable cleanliness of sheets, FLIES, pink mold in shower, second lock inside of door-missing. Trash cans along walkway were over flowing & cigarette butts everywhere.

They over booked their rooms and called me around 4:30pm on the day of my arrival, while I was driving to their hotel to tell me I didn’t have a room. I was left trying to find a new hotel last minute with two young children.

I was told that we don’t have any reservations .. hence we have to look for other accommodation last minute.. This is ridiculous, shocking and unacceptable.

They over booked so our room was taken. They found a lesser room in the staff section. It was filthy and run down. There were no safety locks. Wimmediately

I got there and the room was really dirty. There was and other stuff all over the microwave, fridge, and other surfaces

Ok the people here are the nicest people EVER! they really make u feelblike family right away. May not be the nicest spot but u feel safe n secure and theres a lot of families there. Love it

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable :)

The staff definitely needs a raise and some help! Having only one person on staff to do housekeeping, checking in, and everything else isn’t enough! The guy there was working non stop. Towels were super soft! Heat lamp was burnt out and the shower was draining SUPER SLOWLY.

Few regulars smoking and hanging out long hours.

I’m not sure if the ppl who smoked out were we were staying might be regular.

The room stunk of cigarette smoke, iy was dirty and bedding was nasty and towels were not clean. Will never stay at a Travelodge again.

Pool is not working. Look forward to using the pool.

Disrepair! Toilet seat loose almost slipping off. Lousy TV programming. Last time I stay here.

Some deferred maintenance, but not bad really, compared to a hotel I had in Eugene! Nice staff- a coffee pot too! Travellodge has always been a "go to" for me in hotels. Thanks! Mike J

No water in the pool & no TV.

Not for the faint of heart.

Property hard to find, is run down floor boards had splintered edges, no closet space to hang clothes, noisy air conditioner with broken vents.

Place is ok for the price but I’d rather spend more money

The property was in a very convenient location. The room appeared to be clean but the walls were filthy. Inside and out side of the shower was black mold.

Stay away. Unsafe. Dirty.

You can hear people and dogs from the other rooms day and night.

Waited over 10 minutes at front desk. Finally a young woman emerged from the back in a cloud of pot smoke. The accommodations could have been much better. The tops of the nightstands were sticky. Shower head only has 3 uncloged holes. If this is what Wyndham offers, we'll pass next time.

No coffee cups ....no chairs....old furniture....cooler struggled to keep cool.....you get what you pay for.

Got there room was not clean at all. Trash everywhere room smelled really bad. Reserved 2 queen bed room got 2 full beds.

Have been staying here a few times a year since 2022. Have seen multiple management changes over that time. Has been going through a remodel the entire time and apparently are still working on the remodel. Every time I have stayed it is for a week or more, always barking dogs loud guests and domestic arguments. My most recent stay the police were on property multiple times dealing with problematic guests. I would not recommend staying if you are expecting more then a bed to rest your head. The current management team and support staff are doing the best they can with what they have to work with and the financial resources they are given. Have been told by each new manager things will get better. My most recent stay will be my last. The old adage is true, you get what you pay for and the Grants Pass Travelodge is one of if not the cheapest motels in the city.

Bed was torture. TV didn’t work properly. Had a terrible smell. The only that worked, the ice machine.
