I recently stayed in room 220 and wanted to share my feedback. The hotel itself is very nice, and I appreciated the quality of the breakfast provided. However, I noticed an unpleasant odor in room 220, which was somewhat disruptive. Overall, the experience was positive, but addressing this issue would enhance the comfort of the stay.

The toilet didn't flush properly, and the hair dryer was totally broken. The people at the desk and on property were LOVELY and nice.

It was away from a major street

The staff were extremely pleasant and made sure that we had everything we needed for comfort for our stay. The staff were very friendly. Good location, everything in walking distance

The owners are super friendly and helpful. Not a super fancy hotel, but very clean. Staff was all helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Motel is situated back off the main road. It is a dated facility, but the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was nice and clean and had a very good tv. Don't expect a lot, but the price was definitely one of the most reasonable anywhere in this area of Colorado.

It was your average hotel not great but not bad

Room was hotter than hell. A/C was off when we arrived and we turned it on high and it was barley comfortable when we got up in the morning to leave. We would have been better sleeping in car with windows open

It was not a good Experience!

The bathroom floor was sticky the tub was gross. didnt even take a shower. the beds had specks on the sheets like they hadnt been cleaned between the mattress and sheets. was auful. we only stayed because we were on a schedule and didnt have time ti find another place.

Dirty room, no tv remote, desk worker disappeared after hours with no way to contact. No phone in room, no wifi. Weak toilet.

Hot room

Room was clean & good. Breakfast was good options. Staff was very nice.

Body hair in the bathtub. Bedding is old and worn. Towels not fresh smelling . Cockroaches. No laundry room to wash your clothes. Only 2 towels for 4 people! Asked for more towels and they wanted to charge $3.00 a towel. Reservation was for 4. Very disappointed!

The air conditioning didn’t work and the room was EXTREMELY HOT! It was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Our sink drain was broken and we had to fix it ourselves. The breakfast was not worth the extra cost. We were also charged for our pet at the hotel which was a SURPRISE upcharge.

Friendly staff and very clean

I have no idea how this place has a 4.5 star rating. First, my boyfriend arrived 20 min before me and although his name was not on ANYTHING they gave him the room keys. All he had to give them was my name. He don't even have to give my license plate number. They had nothing other than his word that he was affiliated with me. In fact, I never had to check in with the front desk at all. As a woman, this is terrifying. Then bedding was soiled when we checked in. There were bugs along the wall in the bathroom. There was a poop stain (I hope that's what it was) on the ceiling. There was no water pressure in the shower at all. I had to practically run circles under the show to get wet. They gave us 2 towels for 2 adults and then charged $3 for each additional towel. I'm diabetic and there included breakfast (the main factor for me booking the room) did not include anything I could eat. It was literally all carbs and sugar! No eggs. No meats. It was waffles, sugar coated cereal, toast, bagels, chocolate muffins, yogurt which included 40g sugar each, and bananas (high on the glycemic index). So after booking this specific hotel for the included breakfast, I had to go buy breakfast anyway. But wait, there's more! When I complained about them giving my hotel key to a man without calling to notify me or making him wait until I got there....the staff didn't even speak English! Oh and the A/C didn't work because they apparently never clean the filters for it.

Great price, friendly staff and good location.
