The pool was amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and out our 6 day adventure this was the best hotel.

No ice machine working. No washrags in room. Breakfast mediocre with very few options with no orange juice. Trash left in room.

We checked into both of our rooms even though part of our party was not there. In a short span of 45 minutes they gave away our second room and moved another family in there. My daughters got a key and walked into the room, thankfully no one was there, but the room they moved them to did not have lights in the bathroom, no toilet paper, no towels and the light fixture was on the counter, and there was something brown in the tub, clearly the room was not ready to be rented out. After 3 calls to the front desk, several texts and my daughters missing the wedding we were there for, I finally had to go down and get it resolved. Ben at the front desk was extremely rude, asked me what I wanted him to do about it, and complained about staff, housekeeping and was clearly not happy with his job. After being told they would take care of the room, they decided differently when we went to check out. Do not recommend at all and as a Hilton Honors member, this is not how anyone should be treated.

Claire was absolutely wonderful. She was kind and accommodating when I asked for a different room, as the one assigned to us had a faulty ac unit. She also was very helpful when I asked for another set of towels. She gave her favorite go-to eateries when I inquired. Not only was she pleasant with me, but as I heard and saw her interact with others checking in, she was very professional.

This hotel is terrible! Not enough employees, room dirty, shower with mold, terrible breakfast, dirty hallways, messed up elevators. Nothing about this stay was enjoyable. We were in room 305.
