I have always loved staying at this motel the fentleman that works up at the counter reconized us from the past coyple times hwe stayed there. He is very naice and hospitable. All of our trips have been for medical. I had heart surgery this time and he was very helpful and kind. I will always be back.

Outdated and not clean at all. The carpet was not vacuumed this year, the sheets and towels needed to be replaced at least a couple of years ago.

We booked on hotels.com and showed up and they didn’t have a room for us. I have tried to get a refund and no one helped me. Someone please contact me.

The price was reasonable. The room was clean. The breakfast was okay. Check-in took longer than I would have liked due to the $100 damage deposit they required. I hate these extra monetary surprises. I'm a retired professional, as is my husband. We're not going to trash a room. Once my annoyance abated I decided I would stay here again.

Was very bad from the start they took the money out of my account before I even was at the room then they charge me for the room got there only to have no towels found out there was no amenities there went to take a hot bath couldn't even take a hot bath cuz there was no way to plug the tub turn the shower on sat there for 30 minutes could not get hot water All night long it felt like things were biting me in the bed and in the morning got biscuits and gravy it was freezing cold

Bed was clean. Shower was hot. Property was old and tired. Very worn carpets. The fridge in our room was unplugged when we got checked in and freezer had water dripping in it. Both freezer and fridge doors were rusted with paint peeling off it and it never did get cold. Left all my stuff in my cooler. Bathroom door would not close completely and latch...

The location was great, check in was quick and easy and was suitable for a quick stop while driving theough. The room was not as clean as I’d expect and the rest of the hotel was not that clean. The bed was good but small for a queen size. The sheets had a stain and a towel had a hole.

Halls and elevator were disgustingly filthy. The deadbolt on the door did not lock and the maintenance guy and came finally after I threatened to sue them. If something happens to us and removed the metal plate which made it even more unsafe. We decided to sleep for a few hours and get the hell out of there. It was pretty bad.

Checked in and were given a room under construction so needed to go get a different room. Got a room across the hall- carpet was ripped and stained- room smelled like smoke- stains in bathroom. We left and checked out. The guy said he’d ask the owners to pay for only 1 night instead of 3 and they never got back to us and didn’t respond to email either.

We enjoyed our stay at the Microtel Inn in Souix Falls SD. The room was very small but it was clean and we had everything we needed. It was also pet friendly which was a big plus for us. The breakfast was also very good with many options. We will definitely stay again when in Souix Falls.

It’s pretty good if you’re on a budget. I suggest closing bathroom door after you take bath because the shower faucet makes annoying noise. Breakfast was the same every day but it was good if you like biscuits and gravy (i do!).

We found that the bathtub was not clean. There were yellow stains on the tub and the wall. I went to take hold of one of the bars and it came out in my hand. It had been that way for awhile. Carpet could have been cleaner. There were no bugs that I was aware of and I looked. Wasn't to loud or noisy. I had to get up at 3 the next morning to go to surgery. Price was good. I just thought it could have been a LOT cleaner.

Not a good choice. Lots of hotels on the area, pick a different one. Shower curtain rod loose so curtain kept falling toward the middle, toilet didn't work right and finally clogged-no abnormal deposits! Iron had a 1 foot cord, no ironing board. I asked for one and never heard back. Beds sag in the middle. Ceiling has water damage and peeling ceiling. Lights didn't work or were burned out. Staff nothing great to speak off. When I go back for business it won't be to hear

The stay was great. the chck in process with Hotels.com was horrible. i processed cc to hold rooms and pay at hotel. but Hotels.com booked all 3 rooms on my cc . Not what i wanted or requested.

The property is run down and needs a major rehab. to bring back to an appropriate lodging facility. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling down and appears to be showing evidence of mold. The carpet in the room is in terrible shape with areas by the entrance door and bathroom door that are badly worn and fraying. This facility is terribly overpriced for the condition that it is in.

Bathroom fixtures were rusty. Grout was cracked and peeling. Hairdryer in the bathroom was coming loose from the wall. Much lack of proper maintenance and repair. There was a banana sticker on the dresser that the cleaning staff failed to remove. Mattress cover looked "well used" with slight staining in the middle. Wont stay here again.
