I was here for 2 nights. This hotel has the perfect layout. The building is 3 stories, tall enough that it provides some shade in super hot months. There are a few trees to park under on the south side. Very convenient location to White Sands. The shower was nice. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to adjust. The west side was mostly in shade in the morning. The south side at least had enough shade to cover my car engine. My only complaints: fridge had no freezer, no housekeeper visited on day 2.

Wife, myself and 3month old stayed here. The hotel was fine. We had to report a hole punched in the wall and show the front desk when we arrived.
We had a fire alarm go off in the hotel at 2am. Everyone evacuated due to a water pipe which busted. Water was pouring down like a water fall. The first floor was flooded. Good thing we were in the second floor. Lucky us, the fire truck parked outside our room. Got to sleep after everything was cleared at about 5am. Had to get up at 7am and pack up to leave. The hotel couldn’t offer compensation because we prepaid. It would be nice if things like this were reported to Hotels.com and they followed up with the guest.
FYI, No Hot Tub available.

This was a really nice hotel! Very clean, modern (USB charger on bedside, floating shelves in bathroom, barn door on bathroom). We ran out of time, unable to use pool but it was open. Breakfast was standard powdered eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, fruit, coffee, juice, cereal. It was actually identical our previous day at LA Quinta. Friendly desk staff. Biggest pro was they put us on ground floor by side exit - easy for traveling with a dog. Biggest con was $75 pet fee!

This hotel had a great indoor pool that my kids loved. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a double queen room for 5 people. This is partly my fault for not examining the reservation closely enough, but I don't understand how a double queen would even come up as an option for 5 people. That is not reasonable sleeping arrangements for a family of 5. At minimum you need a queen and a king.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay, the room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Location was walkable to several dining options, and generally convenient for the area. The only odd thing was the window shades in the room woud not work.

This is the loudest hotel I ever stayed in. Don’t try to sleep in, with landscapers, maids and car traffic it won’t happen.

This is by FAR the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not stay here if you want to sleep past 7:00am. Parking isn’t great, the road noise is terrible and the landscapers start at around 6:30 am.
