Worked great for visiting White Sands National Park. Hotel staff were nice, the included breakfast was excellent! If you’re going to white sands, make sure you ask the front desk to borrow sleds, it will save you $$ in the park and are fun!

Just what we needed for our visit to White Sands NP. Famous Italian restaurant Carinto is just around the corner. Great bedding for a comfortable good nights sleep. We booked 2 queen with a sofa bed for (bit extra $$) 3 of us, each needing separate beds! Everything was great, but checking in experience could have been better! Loved vegetarians egg omelet and all the breakfast menu!

Overall this hotel provided what we needed. Our room was very damp feeling, whenever we would come back to our room everything was damp,and the sheets felt like someone misted them. Our room was right above the pool so we wondered if that was part of the problem.We did let the front desk know about it upon our departure.
The rooms have no USB plugs so plan accordingly.
We did have some unexpected printing we needed to do and the computers and printer were very appreciated.
We were there 4 nights and finally the last evening housekeeping knocked and asked if we needed anything so we had them vacuum. The other days was just new towels on bathroom counter and trash emptied.]
Breakfasts were great! We enoyed that not every day was exactly the same.

I didn't come expecting anything spectacular, but the room was so big and clean! The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Oh and the A/C worked very well! I'm impressed!

Stayed here for a family visit. Stayed across the street last time and weren’t happy with it. We had a great stay, nice room that was super quiet for a full hotel. Great breakfast food and choices that kept us from going out to eat. The only things that could be a minus a very sqeaky hinge on the bathroom door that would wake people up and a odd smell from the A/C almost like a very humid smell not quite musty but it seems to be normal from the places we went to. Overall great stay!

Our room smelled like mold. I asked for a different room, and was taken to another option, which also stunk like mold. There’s only one elevator for the entire hotel, so might have to wait an extended length of time to take a trip up or down the elevator. My wife finally gave up and took the stairs. The ice machine did work, which is always a plus. The staff was friendly enough. The area around the hotel is pretty sketchy. I think we counted 18 pot dispensaries within 2 miles. We will definitely bypass this town next time and the hotel for that matter.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. They went above and beyond when i was travelling with a handicapped individual. They had a smile on their face each and every time we came and went. Would stay here again with no qualms

Stayed overnight during travel from another location and visiting white sands. Location was perfect near many restaurants and only 17 minutes from white sands park entrance. Hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating even allowing us a late check out to take a shower after visiting the park. Double points for providing sleds and wax for the park for free!

This met our expectations for a HIE. There was nothing spectacular nor was there anything missing from the amenities or the written description. The room was not completely sound proof. We could hear kids in the hall and the very subdued bass from the trains rolling by. They were noticeable but didn’t wake us. We would stay here again as a first choice.

First of all the staff was okay. My biggest issue was no pool and the way it was disclosed was not professional. Like sorry but that’s it. No accommodations. Of all hotels I have stayed this was the worse breakfast. Coffee was cold. The counters dirty. No pancake mix. No food replenished. Last time I will stay here.

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. We enjoyed the little extras they provided (complimentary cookies, make up remover, etc). We love that this location was close to White Sands NP and they had sleds to borrow for the sand dunes. They were also knowledgeable about the dunes and offered tips.
