This review is overdue. I have given this poorly managed property ample time to fulfill the manager’s commitment to refund a portion of my room fees.
During my 3 night stay at this property the Internet service was down the entire time. I contacted the front desk everyday at least 2 times and was told either it would be up later that day or they did not know. I spoke with the manager on my last day and she blamed it on their Internet vendor, not my problem. I am paying for a room and the advertised amenities. She committed verbally to refund a portion of my stay, writing down my room number. However, when contacted by the booking agency she declined to provide a credit.
Lack of Internet at the hotel necessitated several trips daily to local cafés with free Internet service in order to download documents I needed daily on my laptop.
Due to the inconvenience and false information provided during my stay and run down condition of my room I advise AVOIDING this hotel.
The property is an older somewhat rundown property needing maintenance. Heavy perfume smells permeate the property, each morning the parking lot was littered with trash from I assume locals and other guests’ nighttime activities. My room was very dated and dark, half of the lights were broken or burned out, small refrigerator looked as if it had never been defrosted with an iceberg of frost lodged in the top.
DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful I got the jakuzi room but when I got there they said no it was a regular room but the staff was very sweet and gave me a jakuzi room at no extra charge I thought that was super awesome thank u so much again there prices are a lil cheaper then most hotels we will be back thank u again🤗

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The property needs some repairs: not all lights in parking lot worked, the cover on the light as you entered the room was missing, had to have the staff get the tv to work. But the room was clean and very comfortable.

Front desk service was very friendly and nice. My room was musty smelling and the window was smeared with something that prevented you from seeing out of one window. The musty smell was very strong. It looks like one of the windows didn’t close. Breakfast made my husband sick. Was there for medical procedure the next day so needed to prep and rest.

The hotel is somewhat neglected. When you get to the room you have a musty smell. Our room was almost across from the laundry room and the door was always open and it was uncomfortable to see all the dirty sheets. They collected the garbage in a cart and it was parked exactly next to the door of our room. Breakfast was fine only there was no one to clean up when people threw something away or else the trash can would fill up and there was nowhere to throw the trash.

I can honestly say with this hotel you get what you pay for . Half of the lights don’t work in the hotel . It’s almost like they have it that way on purpose maybe to save on utilities . So the room was dark . I had read some really bad reviews about this place so we were a little nervous to stay . However , our room was clean . And no bugs . Which is the most important thing . Building needs maintenance. The carpet is so uneven on the third floor you almost trip every time you walk the hall . Only one man who checked us in speaked English . He was nice and made check in easy but however the housekeeping staff didn’t understand a word of what we said . I was also not about to ride in that elevator . So we had to walk 3 flights of stairs every time going to our room . The kids did not end up swimming in the pool . Again , you get what you pay for I guess . It wasn’t terrible , again the main thing to me is that the room is decent and spacious . Clean bedding and no bugs . I do think if it continues to run down though that the building will be unable to have guests within 10 years . The whole building desperately needs new carpet . I will say though it was only 270 for 2 nights and other hotels in the area were going to end up being over 700 . So price wise it was good. Also there was more than one rodent repel trap in the building so it sort of made me nervous but maybe they just are taking precaution with that .

I would not stay here again. I don’t mind when a hotel needs updates or paint, I can live with that. Cleanliness was an issue consistently throughout the hotel. So not only was it very beat up but it was also dirty.

The room had an unpleasant odor that gave me a headache. I had to crack a window in the middle of the night to help. One of the lights was burnt out in the bathroom. The pool was good sized and heated so that was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast options were sufficient. Would be a great rating if they could maybe deep clean the carpets and air out the room.

We arrived in the evening after a long day of travel. Pulling into the parking lot you can see the windows need replaced and the landscaping needed attention. We got into our room to find the carpets were wet, the bed skirts were filthy , the bedside tables were dirty, and the room had a strong chemical smell. The man at the front desk offered other rooms but none were better and the floors in the hallway were filthy. I’m so disappointed as I had booked this night and another in August. I would rather sleep in my car.

I secured rooms for my brother and his grown sons two weekends in a row. I chose Comfort Inn because they offered breakfast for the same overall price as the other local hotels. However, both weekends the breakfast was crummy. Baccon was raw as if it came directly out of the package, placed in a skillet for a couple of seconds and then out to be served. Eggs were cold and runny. One of my nephews said the biscuits & gravy were "ok" but that's not an item that my brother can eat. I called after the 1st night/weekend and talked to the front desk about the situation, thinking it would improve going forward but it did not. If you can't provide a decent breakfast, then go to a continental breakfast or just take it off as an option. Other than that, the rooms were nice and clean and front desk staff was very kind and pleasant to work with.

The front desk staff was very professional and cordial. The breakfast on the first day was cold and raw. After notifying the front desk about that experience, the breakfast on the second day was "decent". I wouldn't say it was good but at least it wasn't as raw as the first day. This is definitely an area that needs to be improved. Other than that, it was a good stay at your facility. Thank you

Nothing I liked. When I made this reservation I opted for cancel insurance.
Today I am departing for my trip and I fell while loading the car Then half way through my trip my car breaks down on an major interstate and it is 93 degrees outside so I trying to keep my car moving g toward an exit. So that my 70 year old sister does that doesn’t die from heat stroke I bought cancellations insurance thru Travelocity. Only they can’t help me cancel my reservation. And Expedia can’t help me cancel and neither can Comfort Inns. Seriously I am stranded on the side of this huge interstate exchange trying to figure out where my car should go and find a rental car all on a Friday afternoon at 4:40. Now through several phone calls to Travelocity Expedia and directly to the Hotel and NO ONE can help me??? I get transferred over and over and over again and nohelp. You guys do not care about your travelers only $$$$. Watch my FB posts for reviews. You are awful!!

We actually stayed at this hotel twice within our vacation - on the way to our destination and on the way back. :)
The first stay we were "upgraded" to a jacuzzi room, which was thoughtful. But the jacuzzi needed some serious updating, it was yellowish... and not in a good way. Plus the floor was either damp or cold, we couldn't tell.
The second stay in the same vacation was a standard king room. Nothing too special.
Both stays the bed was rock hard - my hubby liked it, I hated it. The breakfast was ok, the first stay we thought the waffle batter thingy was maybe old. The second stay we figured out that it is just super thick. They turned out ok. The eggs could have used some help, but it was free and it got the job done before continuing our trips.
It was standard stay for an overnight need.

Pool had a ring of dirt/scum around it; needed to be drained and refilled. Floors weren’t clean. Trash outside of property, landscaping rough rough shape and those weeds growing awhile or they don’t know what a plant is verse a weed. Room falling apart in need of minor repairs or things not working. Breakfast descent but no attendant. Floor cleaning not done or deep cleaning never takes places. TLC needed there.

The rooms were not kept up to corporate standards, outside riddled with trash, landscaping a mess and scary people in parking lot. Elevators floors extremely dirty. Room was sort of clean. Things weren’t kept up and falling through the cracks as small things not working, wall paper falling off wall, lights didn’t work , window was stuck like super glued and fresh air important when on a upper level. Outside Windows needed cleaning. Needs TLC.
Breakfast was surprisingly nice which made up for the bad stuff but no attendant
