Proximity to shops and restaurants.

My room was dirty. Pubes in the sink, on the toilet and in the shower. They were not hiding either, just plain sight. Very gross. The pool was closed and the fitness center was closed. The pool was a major point in the decision to stay there. No notice that it was closed the entire stay either. Really sad, I would have stayed elsewhere. The breakfast was difficult to stomach, powdered egg mix “omelet” and cardboard bacon. Stuck to cereal and fruit. The AC unit in the room was very noisy and would not get quite, made it difficult to spend time in the room, the window was very heavy and broken, so it wasn’t able to be opened.

The room was clean and the staff helpful.

I asked for a room to accommodate my husband who was in a car accident and I booked a disability room that I didn’t get. But the room we did get was nice. The complimentary breakfast was unappetizing and we chose not to eat.

The window wouldn’t shut and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. Pool really small also

The breakfast was fair. Need more variety. Location was exceptional. Close to everywhere we wanted to go.

They charged with different price with BOOKING.COM. They over charged it. When I asked why the price is different, they failed to explain. Further, they said it will be refund but they charged more instead refund. They charged 3 times more and NO REFUND. The BOOKING.COM must be responsible to investigate this charges.

I felt as though it was very worn down. Many structures were in disrepair. There was no staff present until you requested them. No one was friendly.
