The staff was all nice & the beds were fine.
Right off a noisy highway & the road noise was very loud all night. Only had 1 ice machine on 1st floor. Breakfast offerings were very skimpy.

A relatively new red roof inn property- the room I stayed in had a brand new bathroom and it was clean enough that I felt comfortable taking a bath. The location was ok, close to the highway behind a carpet store, not a far drive to the nice part of town with lots of food options.

The first night, my room was close to the highway. It is very noisy that I could not sleep well. The second day, I asked to be switched to a quieter room. The manager let me switch so I was able to sleep much better. However, the sink was leaking in my second room.

They didn’t have breakfast but they had a breakfast room unused. The customer service was horrible, the desk attendant would always be very rude about everything. They didn’t want to give out towels or bedding.

The front desk staff employee was nice. Check in was easy and fast. The hotel was conveniently located. The room was clean. free parking and no additional pet fee.
The only complaint I have is the room we had had a lot of highway noise. When we asked to switch rooms the staff was more than happy to accommodate that. ultimately we stayed in our original room and used ear plugs.

I didn't utilize breakfast because I overslept and had to go.
I think first impressions say it all. They really should update their lobby furniture. After seeing the dirty worn out furniture I expected the rooms to look the same. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they weren't!

We stayed here for our visit to watch the AMA championship at Red Bud and it was perfect location, it was close to everything we needed including restaurants. The rooms were very reasonable for the price, would defiantly stay again.
