We were supposed to get free breakfast, well there was none at all

The hotel smelled, and when we brought it to their attention they told us a bird must have died in the vent and couldn't do anything about it. This was the first Holiday Inn I've stayed at that didn't offer continental breakfast. The buffet was $14 and it was the same food you would get from continental breakfast.

Everything was great. We will be back.

Having to pay for breakfast

Great ! Had a nice selection of food , great price . Hot coffee or cold orange juice. Clean dishes and seating area.

Manager was great, friendly and nice. Bed was comfy, room was clean.

Fire alarm going off in the morning for a half an hour and then throughout the day. So annoying and jarring to me. That should not happen, people are spending a lot of money, needs to be addressed.

Breakfast was good. Little confusing on the meal ticket we received and then a menu. It didnt specify what all was included in breakfast.

Less chlorine, thats all I could smell when I walked in front doors. The pool area was pretty dim, and so much chlorine that it ate away the protective coating on my moms glasses. My swim suit colors were coming out when I rinsed it off in shower in my room. My kids skin was sooo dried out and complaining of being itchy afterwards also.
