Very nice

Room was very nice as was the gym. It is clear that the rooms had all be updated relatively recently. However, for some reason, it doesn't appear that the hallways or elevators were. The hallways had a dated and somewhat dingy appearance. The elevator was especially old looking, loud, and felt a little unsafe. The breakfast was standard Hampton Inn which is good. The area to eat was small and could get crowded. At busy times, it seemed like the staff had a hard time keeping the food stocked and eating areas clean.

Outdated, stairwell not clean, the breakfast was good.

Everything was so good my only complain was that I was requested for 5 people and they give us a sofa which still ok but not sheets and blanket, when I request them, the lady at the desk wasn’t happy to help me and her excuse was that she was the only one at night and she had only sheets. Then later said that my reservation it didn’t say we were 5! 2 hours later she just gave me more sheets!! No blanket

After having a long day being released from the hospital thinking I had a voucher at another motel in the area and them totally disregarding my voucher and forcing me to pay this hotel was accommodating, clean, well maintained and a huge relief to lay my head.

Stayed one night while house being worked on. Everything from check in to breakfast was fine. One minor issue, but not a big deal, was the lack of full blackout drapes. They stopped at the HVAC unit. Other than that all was good, clean and comfortable.

In general, the hotel is clean, with a Quality morning, breakfast that is available for all customers. We were greeted confidently and kindly from all staff staff, including hotel maids. we were up in Jersey for a short stay, and Dad decided to stay here one night, and after our festivities next day, we decided to stay another night separately. It was a good experience.

We stay here every 3 months and enjoy the atmosphere and friendliness.

If this was the only property available in the area, I’d sleep in my car. The hotel rooms are not cleaned properly or NOT cleaned AT ALL. Our linen had hair and bugs crawling in it.. we called to change rooms and they along with all other hotels were sold out. So they sent a restaurant worker to clean the room. I’m very disappointed with the Hampton inn chain.

The room was small, bathroom floor was slippery, chair was stained and smelled musty. No one answers the front desk phone. The fire department and police were there at 5:30am due to fire alarm. As I tried to nap afterwards, housekeepers were banging on the door. Checked out early just to get some rest elsewhere. Never again!!

Good stay. Everything was cool. Check-in, check-out, pool, breakfast, comfort. We’ll be back again.

A relatively new building that was in wonderful condition. Staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms were quiet and had many amenities. Very comfortable.

Great hotel in a great a great area. The staff was excellent and give them my highest rating ever.

Fair stay, good location and easily accessible. Could pay a bit more attention to room cleanliness. Didn’t service room over a 3 night stay. However when asked for a larger room on last night accommodated very willingly.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. It was so peaceful and quiet. Very clean as well. I recommend people to visit this property. I would also recommend that you add bacon to the breakfast as well.

Cleanliness was poor. Elevators need to be wiped down and sanitized.

I've stayed here four times in the past 6 months and the staff is wonderful.

It was just what we needed with my kids. We stayed to go to the water park and enjoy the stores and the peace

I was astonished at how bad this property was! I’ll start with the hotel itself: Hallways were DIRTY, elevator was filthy, (only one elevator was working and that one was jumping around everywhere like it was going to fall) Trash on the ground around the hotels. Peeling paint on the floors in the hallway falling from the ceilings. The rooms were even worse. Stains all over the walls, bed bug marks on the sheets, the light shades had nasty stains all the way around the bottom. Mattress had not been cleaned behind. That was all on the first room! When I complained they moved me to a new one, which had blo**y boogers all over the headboard, and behind the mattress. Also had stains on the sheets. The housekeeping person they sent was the ONLY good experience about the whole thing. It was too late to go anywhere else Friday, so I checked out Saturday morning instead of Sunday as originally planned. Although I was refunded for Saturday night, (only because I didn’t stay) I was offered no apology and no discount for Friday night. Do NOT stay here. Look at the reviews on Google, I wish I had.

Room was very good but a few things seemed to have been used hard scratches on furnishings etc. The breakfast offering was good and staff was quite friendly. Walls were a bit thin as you could hear the phone ringing in other room, but overall a good stay.

We stayed at this item for three nights while we went to WrestleMania 40 in Philly. The hotel breakfast was meh, and we didn’t have hot water for the last day and a half of our stay. So much for a decent shower, am I right?

Check in was simple and easy which was nice.

It was fine for what I expected. Staff were very nice. Check in easy and was able to check in early.
