Great location! Lots of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean. Hot, fresh, and delicious breakfast. Cold water and fresh towels in the fitness room.

There were problems with the pool, one elevator was out, the business center was closed, and work was being done in the lobby. We stayed for a long stay, so it would have been helpful to know that there were problems before checking in.

We were given an extended checkout (at our request) for having to wait so long to check in

We arrived late (as expected) after attending a concert in Philadelphia. It was about 2:30am when we got to the hotel. The guy at the counter informed us his computer system had to “flip over”, and we would have to wait to check in. Fast forward over a half an hour. We asked if we could just have our room so that my 9 year old could go to sleep, and I offered to stay in the lobby and wait while my husband and daughter went to the room. We were denied this request and told there was nothing that could be done. We finally got to our room at about 3:10am. The next morning while showering, we found the bottle of conditioner in the shower was completely empty. Additionally, there was something wrong with the HVAC system in the hotel and the AC in the room was warm.

This establishment was the best compared to the competitors in the area (price, comfort, cleanliness) considering others I've visited in the past. Customer service is impeccable. I love very good customer service. The room was immaculate. The pool was cool too. Didn't have to go far for the ice machine. For only one elevator working, there were never any delays when needing to use the elevator. Loved the parking. They have comfortable seating outside the main entrance. Very accommodating with fridge and microwave.

The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work properly but we had our own on hand.

Room too hot. Air conditioning only cooled a small area of the room. Room for 5, but in-room coffee for 1. Blankets on beds too small for two people. Called the manager the day after check out, but he did not call us back

Nice and quiet. When we arrived at 2 AM the parking lot was mostly full and when we left at 10 AM it was almost empty but we did not hear anything going on.

We booked with Springhill Suites after a terrible experience the night before at another establishment that was not up to par at all. The staff at Springhill (especially Craig at the front desk) was so helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was great a wide variety of options. The location was beautiful peaceful atmosphere.

This is a very nice property! Loved that this hotel is close to the highway. Checking in was quick and the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. Hotel rooms were nice and clean and spacious. Hot breakfast is served in the morning. My visit was a short stay. I certainly will return back to this hotel should I need an over night stay in this area!

The staff was warm and very accommodating to our needs.

The beds in the accessible rooms are to high for a disabled person with mobility issues. My mother would normally bel not get into and out of a bed independently, but required assistance.
