This is my 2nd time staying at this property. I love the location as it is centrally located in the heart of Zacatecas. If it only had an ac i would've rated it 5 stars. It does get fresh at night/in the evenings but you have to have your window open. Which you can then hear all the outside noise. I know this is out of the employees hands but if the hotel would add ac to all rooms it would just make it better than what it already is! We did have an incident in which the restaurant was trying to charge me for my daughter's buffet which I had already paid for with my reservation through expedia. I had explained to the server that I had paid for the buffet through my Expedia reservation. I wasnt charged for it, at that moment. Once I checked out they had that charge on my room. The lady at the front desk was able to fix that error for me, that was much appreciated. Overall, great hotel in the heart of Zacatecas.

Very comfortable stay, delicious breakfast, excellent daily room service, sauna was nice too.

So beautiful! Used laundry service and it was amazing. The staff is courteous and very pleasant. Room was cleaned and well maintained. I appreciated them letting us know about air conditioning before our trip.

Fantastic place. Only a mi inconvenient : they assigned the same room to two customers. Odd, but they fixed it quickly.

It is a great place in a hiatoric neighborhood. My only suggestion is to improve the AC in the rooms. It was a bit too hot

The hotel doesn’t have A/C but it’s not necessary in Zacatecas

They have spacious rooms, when you check in they must explain that they don’t have AC, this is unacceptable.

Nice hotel close to everything

Gorgeous property! Close to all tourist attractions. Customer service is Excellent! I would stay here again. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

Hotel was very clean and exceptional amenities. The only negative thing was the front desk service was a little rude. They made me wait to attend me at least 30 mins while they were chatting with each other and friends. I was the only customer waiting. Other then that the hotel is a 5 Star.

Very comfortable

I really love this hotel , I’ve been using it for the last 10 yrs or so. The only problem is that I noticed it’s been deteriorating since the past 3 yrs. Blankets look old , Carpets look worn out and in my last visit our bathroom was dripping water from the light Fixture. One more thing , it doesn’t have air conditioning And it gets hot during summer. The staff is wonderful and their food is delicious. Great buffet !

I was very impressed that they safely kept some of my belongings that I had left behind in the room.

The property was historical and looked nice but nothing impressed me about the amenities and services.

Convenient for walking around central Zacatecas.

Is a central location close to everything

It was great we love it !! Close to everything steps away from restaurant coffee shop catedral plaza de armas !! Centro histórico!!
