The smaller queen room and bigger queen room was the same price so of course we got the bigger one. IT WAS AMAZING!! The room was clean and stocked with anything you could need. The beds were in a separate room with TV. Then the living area has a TV with a couch. It also had a four person table with a full size refrigerator!! The hotel itself was also very clean. There was plenty of parking that was free. We walked to the Roxy for our concert (@10 min). And lastly, every employee we came into contact with with extremely helpful and friendly! A+

Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Excellent location within walking distance of many restaurants and entertainment venues. Overall was an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel and location to others

Stayed here for a concert at Truist Park and it was the perfect location! We walked back to the hotel afterwards and comfortably in our room while so many people were trapped in traffic trying to get out of the area. The staff was friendly and courteous, zero complaints from me!

Overall, the hotel was amazing! Parking was a little difficult due to a small lot and an event close by had rented part of the parking lot. Most of the staff were very friendly, but one staff member that worked the morning shifts was a little rude. All in all, it was a good experience.

A great place to stay for visiting Truist Park, the Cobb Galleria or really anywhere north of Atlanta.

Hotel was nice and in a great location for our event. The bed was a little too firm for me, so I didn't sleep well, but that's all personal preference. Staff was helpful. I love the 11am checkout, and 6-10am breakfast.

Great hotel to stay at when you want close access to the Braves game. Very close walking distance. Hotel was very nice with good customer service. Room was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to a game.

My stay was very nice ! The ladies during breakfast were extremely nice !! I was so shocked to hear that a guest could not come visit you with a free guest pass but instead was told that it was 40.00 cash only for a guest pass !?!? I paid less than that visiting downtown attractions like the aquarium , zoo, etc. That’s insane !!

Great location. Easily walkable to the stadium, dining, and entertainment. The staff was very friendly. One minor complaint, the room was a little noisy sometimes at night due to facing the interstate. If I had been on the other side of the hall, this probably wouldn't have been an issue. Highly recommended.

Great stay the pull out sfa made it so much better for my family of 5. The staff were super helpful and the the room was clean. The noise from the nearby highway could be a problem for some byt we always travel with a box fan to drown out noise while sleeping.

There were some sketchy people in their vehicles when I arrived (11pm)! As I had to get things from my vehicle the cars remained on and people (plural) were just sitting there. Not just people but sketchy! Other than this, our stay was great! Front desk clerk(s) (changed while I was checking in) were very friendly and patient, as I booked within that hour!

We stayed at Hampton Inn at The Battery area for a compentitive volleyball tournament for our daughters. This place is perfect. It is walking distance to everything in The Battery and it is also walkable over the pedestian crossing bridge to the Cobb Center.

I selected this hotel because of its location and the reputation of Hampton Inn. Checkin was a breeze. Everyone was super friendly and professional. I was surprised to learn that parking is $40 and that you can only pay in cash.
My overall concern was with the check out process. I booked through hotels.com. Both rooms were paid in full prior to our stay. My daughter was told that the room had not been paid for and was kept at the desk until she contacted me. Antoine, the front desk attendant held her up for 30 minutes until he could figure out that there was no payment due. Very confusing and disorganized. No apology, nothing. Just told her that she was free to go.
Lastly, the lock on the door did not work.
