Chose this hotel because of their high ratings and we were not disappointed. Bed was comfortable, water was hot, and breakfast was good.

From check-in to check-out, it was great. Location met our needs, room was super, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, good breakfast.

We were disappointed with the selection for breakfast. Warm food included only sausage links and gravy for a biscuit. The boiled eggs in the refrigerator were rubbery. Unfortunately, we chose this hotel because another review said the breakfast selection was great - which it definitely was not. Additionally, the bathroom had hair in the corners. We will select a different hotel next time we are through Lima.

Great place in the heart of Lima! Mia was very friendly when checking in. Had no issues with anything! Would stay again!

Our stay was adequate. Room was clean. Very disappointed in check-in service. Attendant at front seat was a sordid, straight-faced, unfriendly person. Never cracked a smile once. I felt like she did t care in the least that I was standing there in front of her. Made me feel unwelcome.

I loved everything about this hotel. It is conveniently located near fantastic restaurants, civic center, walkable historic restaurants, activity centers, and shopping. Its quiet, clean, comfortable, has all of the
Enemies, and a friendly staff at a reasonable cost. I will stay again if awarded the opportunity.

the only thing was the handicap parking was on the side of the hotel instead of directly in the front for easier access, especially when pushing a wheel chair..

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel and it's staff. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The area is clean and safe. The hotel is conveniently located only a couple blocks from the recently renovated downtown area with restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Upon entering my room, I found the sink clogged and half filled with water. I notified the staff, and I was immediately given another room, with several apologies. I recommend this hotel.

The property was well located and had a great atmosphere. The comforter however on one of the beds had to be switched our because it looked like it had tennis balls sewn into it. It quite funny looking.

The hotel was a little run down: carpet edges could be vacuumed better. The bathrooms need caulking around the bathtub edges. The paint around the a/c unit was peeling in the rooms. But the rooms had a fridge, microwave, safe, tv, wifi and were quite roomy which was a plus. Didn't hear any next door noise which was excellent BUT unfortunately the hotel is near a railway (which I didn't know) and being a light sleeper I was awakened by every train that came through the town during the night which was a bit disruptive. The rumbling wasn't the issue but the blasting of the "horn" was!!
The breakfast was very good and enjoyed that.
I would stay there again if it wasn't for the nightly trains!

We were greeted at the check-in desk by two young women who were friendly, engaging and helpful. The convenient location next to the convention center (including an inside walkway the whole way) is a great feature of this property.

We were placed in room 212 right by the elevators. Extremely noisy all night in hallway and room next door a woman was being assaulted for several hours. Lots and f head board banging and screaming. Called front desk and asked for police to be dispatched. Won’t stay at property again. Not safe environment.
