Very noisy. Trains and sirens. Walls not soundproof.

The room was hot, it took a few hours to cool down to sleep.

I liked the vibe of the hotel. There was some type of party going on when we arrived.
I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. There was not eggs or bacon out when we arrived. It took about 10 minutes for the food to be refilled.

Hotel was in the heart of town. Attractive lobby. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
The building was obviously older and has had some renovations, but needs more. The room got cool, but always seemed humid. Bathroom fan had not been cleaned in a very long time and tub had some rust-like stains. Carpet in the room actually seemed to feel "sticky".

My bed was as hard as a rock.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Very nice place to stay.

I like that the room was clean and comfortable.
I didn't like that I had to pay 40 dollars extra for a same day stay. And I also didn't like that housekeeping knocked on the door atleast 5 times during a 1 day stay and when I didn't answer bc I was sleeping they feel like they can just let themselves in.

We thought everything was very pleasant . The staff were most friendly .

Breakfast was bad. Muffins had to be over a week old hard as rocks. My wife didn’t think the sausages tasted like sausage . Personnel didn’t seem to care. Room was nice
Breakfast extreme disappointment. Hiltons was much better. At least it’s edible we had to throw the muffins and sausage out. Food was Luke warm. Personnel didn’t seem to care kitchen and front desk.

Absolutely nothing!
Room was not clean. Shower was not clean and mold in the sink. Toenail clippings on the floor when we first got to the room. Loud with yelling and doors slamming at night. AC unit did not work properly. Very loud at night. Elevator smelled like weed.

Toilet shut off a couple of times during one evening, night. First went out shortly after we arrived, we were going to switch rooms when it suddenly started again. So we stayed in place.
Later in middle of the night it wouldn’t flush again. Again, it resolved itself during the remainder of night.
