The people at the front desk was nice.
The room smelled like dog pee, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, and we only had one towel.

The hotels was smelled like weed, our room was dirty and had a smell bad. I went to front office to complain about the dirty rooms, they try to give me other rooms, I went to check out which one is not dirty, all of them 8 rooms were dirty.
Very loud in the hotel. Never will stay at that hotel it’s was very bad all 3 days. People were fighting and yelling at 3 in the morning by our window. Very disappointed

I reserved a jucuzze room didn't get. Pool was closed when online it said it was open. Won't be using booking.com ever again

The staff was wonderful the company needs to update their information online because most of it is wrong there are no hot tubs in any of the rooms but the staff was wonderful they let us have access to the pool and hot tub at all times and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed 🙂

I thought I was booking where I stayed before, Holiday Inn and Suites that is behind Bob Evans restaurant which was excellent but this place was obviously in Crack alley across the street..

The rooms had beds not made. Mold possibly in our room. Also room service was lacking, and most of the time they never even showed up.

Clean, pleasing decor. Employees were all wonderful and helpful. The beds are WONDERFUL!
Only small complaint would be there are No USB type outlets. Only brought 1 ac plug and 4 people wanting or needing to charge their cell phones.

the pool was extremely dirty. I don’t think the filters were on at all, we lost 2 dive rings because we couldn’t see in the water. motorcycles were reaving their engines until 2 in the morning. guests fighting in the hall till 5 in the morning and the whole hotel smelled like weed

The staff was nice considering when we tried to check in they had no record of my reservation even after showing my confirmation email. Staff was calm and polite.
Due to booking.com our reservation was screwed up. They had no confirmation and could not find my reservation. The facility is run down. The main lobby smelled like mildew and the elevator was dirty and our bathroom had mold.

The manager working that evening was trying very hard to be helpful and find us a good clean room.
Was no breakfast available even though when booked with booking.com that was included in the price but apparently no breakfast is available at this hotel on Mondays. We had to change rooms 3 times to find a cleaned room. I suspect there were drug users in one of the rooms because the door was broken into and apparently there are bad drug issues in the area.
