TV kept bringing up error messages displaying Welcome window on top of original programs every 10 minutes. It was not the cable. It was the Internet service requirement of agreement that needs to be checked within the box.

The hotel smells like mold and smoke. We had lots of mold in our room. Looked like water damage in the wall and the pictures even had mold in them. No vent fan in the bathroom and there were light bulbs that were out. The coffee bags in our room were already opened and we had to go get new ones. Would not recommend staying here!

The lady at the front desk was helpful & very polite. The rooms seemed clean & no bad smells. Only complaint is that there was mold around the handles in the shower. We were in a handicap room. I would definitely stay there again.

The faucet for the tub leaked by dripping. Just an average hotel room. Good value for the cost.

The stay was good, the main problem was with the deterioration of the door to the bathroom in the room. The bathroom door was warped so it did not close or latch properly. I went downstairs with the delipidated valet cart and when I got back to my room, I was able to unlock the main door but it would only open about an inch since the bathroom door opened against the main door so the main door would not open. Kim, the young lady at the desk was trying to keep up but she could not leave the check-in desk as she was having a constant flow of guests checking in and the POS was not working correctly.

We found a Beatle in our room, there was no vent in the bathroom so we had to shower with the door open, they ran out of towels so we had to use towels from the pool our second night, and the pool was green.

Hotel was located right off the highway and easy to get to. Night Desk Staff was friendly and informative, a pleasure to work with. Quiet, except for the loudest of trucks, just enough noise to make it easy to fall asleep!

I did not like the fact that. It didn't have full breakfast every morning, which was mostly carbs no meat for the customers to chose from and no working ice machine on the floor you had to go down to the first floor to get it.

Although I had confirmation and itinerary information from Hotels.com, when we arrived, the hotel had no record of our booking. The desk clerk was extremely helpful and courteous even though Hotels.com never forwarded them the booking information. The room was quiet and comfortable, and there were sufficient breakfast options.
