Our stay was mostly wonderful! The outer door on the west side of the hotel needs to be fixed. When someone walks through the door it slams so loudly that it vibrates through the walls in my room. The wonderful manager has said that she has put it in for repairs several times. It’s the hotel’s fault but the owner for not getting it fixed. I looked it over myself and it wouldn’t be hard to fix. The staff were very friendly for the most part. I got getter sleep at this hotel then at most higher rated ones. I will recommend and stay here again.

The room was great! The front desk was great! But the hotel conditions in general were fair. Halls were dirty, and they smelled bad. People hanging around the parking lot made it feel less than secure. But as I said, the room itself was great- did not smell, and the bed was extremely comfortable and the desk staff couldn’t have been nicer.

Cable TV was off but this was probably due to the hurricane that had just came through. My room was the very last one so the WiFi was a bit patchy. Breakfast options were lacking but was still nice, staff were all very friendly. Nice place to stay but removed 1 star due to the small issues.

Cant say how it was never got checked in had problems with the system and was told room unavailable, tried to get help from hotels.com and got no help ended up paying cash at another hotel and still havnt gotten this resolved. Will definitely not use hotels.com again anytime soon . Been a member for a very long time , they realy let me down!

The Toilet in the Bathroom in my small room kept making a ear-piercingly (like what only dogs hear), LOUD SOUND in my room. I didn't know where I left my ear-plugs for silent sleeping, so I SUFFERED through my short time there. 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN for this place!

Clean and comfortable. Toilet wasn't flushing properly. We called front desk twice, but got no answer, even though they advertise and were told at check-in that they had 24 hour front desk service. There was no coffee pot in room. Breakfast was skimpy. Cellophane muffins and pastries, oatmeal and grits, apple and orange juice. No milk, no fruit or toaster. If you are looking for clean, quiet and comfortable this would be a good option. No elevator, though.

Loved the room, very friendly front desk clerk, I just cant remember her name, but she was helpful throughout my stay. However I did have a small situation that didn't get handled until check out time. I would highly recommend due to the stores and restaurants thats around, where you don't have to drive far. Will stay again!!!

We were greeted by Leslie who was very pleasant, we were just staying over night and at first a little hesitant as it was a “cheap” hotel but the room was clean. No weird smell or over flowery spray, i did my mattress check and all was clear. The surrounding area is as you would expect as an exit off the highway.

This was an absolute joke and I will be calling orbitz for a refund. Hot water didn’t work, keys didn’t work, no breakfast provided. Staff was slow and had no clue what they were doing.

Nice stay! Plenty to eat close by as well as Walmart! Room was clean. Staff was kind of rude unfortunately. Great price. Definitely would stay again.

I had delays throughout my trip across the country, including driving there from Atlanta around three hours through thunderstorms except all but the last 20-30 minutes, and staff was friendly and helpful and informative and accommodating the entire way and made it all work as smoothly as possible. Arriving at that time, I wish that they had an elevator. Otherwise, no significant complaints!

Only been here one day, place just dirty and run down, bathroom door is s broken, the pool is shared by another hotel real busy, it says on the website that it sleeps 5 barley sleeps 4 comfortably

The room smelled like rotten milk. Disgusted, we used a crap ton of febreeze and it wasn’t cutting it. But for the cost, we dealt with it.

The first room they give me smelled smokes, doggie and the toilet wasn’t clean. Then, the front desk lady gave me a second room down stairs; the toilet was clogged. When I called her, she said that there is a plunger in the front desk and you have to come get it and plunge the toilet. At that point, I didn’t want to change to another room so I unclogged the toilet.
The next night I came back they didn’t clean my room. When I called the front desk, a lady said that they don’t clean the rooms every day. I asked for sheets and stuffs, the lady said you have to bring the dirty ones to the front desk so that you can get new ones. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had.

Most of the staff we had interaction with was very friendly and helpful. Room was decently clean. Only problem we had was the lack of towels and rags if we had needed them we would have had to ask. (I have 2 kids under 5, I over-pack lol)

Friendly, competent staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Only downside was the breakfast. I was not expecting much given the level of accommodations, and i am not a picky eater qhile traveling, but the coffee was near clear and flavorless and the pastries were inedible. I would still stay again, tho.
