Staff was kind and helpful. Heater/ac filters needed cleaning they were very dirty and he took care of them. Room is a little dated and could use some fresh paint but were clean

I was impressed how welcoming and thoughtful the staff were for the race weekend. The welcome bags stuffed with goodies for the runners was really, really kind.The race was in the rain and they allowed late check out so we could shower and warm up. Great folk.

It was a very nice stay. Definitely, stay again. Rooms clean, quiet & staff was very welcoming & friendly.
Great area in back to get a mile walk with my pup, golden-doodle.

The front desk man was super! Very nice at check in. The room had an overwhelming smell. I thought it smelled like maple syrup. Our TV was broken and they immediately replaced it however the one they replaced it with, one of the legs were broken on it. It worked fine though. Breakfast was really good and hot! Good water pressure. Close to Olive Garden!

My stay was fine however the android app puts the dates two weeks in advance, every time you refresh a hotel and made the booking two weeks in the future.
Hotel was able to fix the issue but, your app should be ashamed...

Other than the air conditioner seem to have a hard time keeping cool the stay was nice.

Second stay there. Excellent service at the breakfast area, and front desk. Very friendly atmosphere. Only disappointment was that we asked for our roomed to be cleaned after the 2nd night and it was never done.

Overall the property was a great stay, other than we had to find the right remote for the tv and plug the tv in, the shower still had shampoo from a different stay and the hot tub wasn’t very hot.

The room was musty smelling and it took over 45 minutes to get checked in. There was an odor also when you walked in the front door. Not sure if I would stay there again

The TV was not working. The air conditioner quit in the middle of the night. The bathroom floor had some sticky substance on it. The pool was Closed the whole time we were there. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, and it appeared to have black mold growing behind the wallpaper. We stayed there 10 years ago, and evidently no upkeep has been done.

The staff was friendly and attentive to needs. The carpet in the room needed to be cleaned and sticky when walking. The bathroom floor was sticky as well. The air conditioning worked well.

Staff very friendly and inviting. Plenty of towels, shampoo and body wash. Ac worked great. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Property has always been a favorite stop when we have been traveling through the area. Although the facility was clean, it is showing early signs of neglect to details. One lamp had a broken switch, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by its wires the toilet did not flush well and the seat was loose. The air conditioning did not work well and the room became too hot during the night.
Not at all what we had come to expect from this property.
