Checked in online, including providing my ID and payment details.. for no reason, because they made me provide that all again when I got there.
Room had mold and stained bedding, the mini fridge didn't work and they didn't come fix it like they said they would... And the shampoo bottle was basically empty but we never got any housekeeping. Breakfast options were pretty terrible, including cold and bad tasting coffee and since the wifi isn't password protected, I had to leave to work elsewhere for a day. We honestly didn't dare try the pool because the front desk/breakfast area was flooded with the smell of the chemicals in it. Someone at breakfast told me their stay was similar to their experience doing time and I honestly believed them. I booked here because the website had a pretty high star rating for them, but I'm not terribly sure what that rating was based on.

No soap shampoo or body washor tv remote in the room. Desk gave us bar soap for the sink and shampoo to shower with. Hot tub had a chlorine oder so strong it burned your eyes. Trash can in hall was full of trash on Friday by Suday morning it was over flowing all over the floor. Had never been emptied.

I’m rather disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel and my room. The front desk clerk wasn’t very helpful and her hostile attitude didn’t make my stay any better.

The lady at the counter was kind of rude, but the hotel was good for the price. Breakfast was limited but nothing to complain about. Overall not too bad for the price.

Surprisingly the place was clean. They could use new sheets. The ones that were on our bed were stained, had cigarette burns and a few hairs here and there.

The staff was kind and informative. The beds were quite comfortable, giving me the first full nights sleep in many nights! There were a few cosmetic things in the room that deserve repair or replacement and there was dust in places that should not have dust. There was also some kind of black dye on the floor that also seemed to haves sprayed on the ceiling somehow. For a nights rest, it served its purpose.

We’ve stayed here a few times and have always felt comfortable. The staff is always friendly and checking in has always been smooth. I love that they serve breakfast in the morning. Everything is clean and rooms are spacious, I can sleep in the bed with no issues.

The room smell like cigarette smoke and there was a blob of hair on the edge of the tub, there was blood on the curtain, the carpet was so sticky we had to wear our shoes to bed. The lobby smell like cleaning products to overpower the smell of mold or mildew or something.
I will say the afternoon desk clerk was very nice and actually cleaned the tub herself due to the fact that there were no maids on shift at 5:00 in the afternoon. The morning clerk the next day was not very hospitable or talkative didn't even say good morning or anything. The Continental breakfast was nothing. If you have pets you should really read your itinerary because they will charge you $25 and they put a $100 hold on your card in case something is broke which everything is broke. I would not recommend this hotel for the price and extra $30 can get you a much better one.

When we went to check in the lady acted annoyed and tried to tell us they probably didnt have rooms for us. We let her know it was already reserved, she had to check her papers to tell us she had one room left for us. I checked in with my grand daughter and great grand son and daughter. I didnt check in the 1 year old as she sleeps with my grand daughter. When my great grandson and daughter went to ask for 2 more towels since our room only had two she was rude to them about the baby being with us and that we were only allowed 4 towels total and would not give us anymore than that when we didnt ask for anymore then having 4 total. When the kids went swimming she sat and glared at us while at the pool and the next morning it was the same lady and she scowled at us while we were eating breakfast even though the baby didnt eat the hotel food unless off our plates as we had stuff provided for her. If shes working the front desk we will not come again.

Most importantly, I have never been treated with less hospitality than I was by Natalie, front desk. When I arrive, albeit earlier than 3pm, I'd say about 1:40, I said that I would like to check in. Her response was a gruff and strong "Absolutely not!" I said that I had a reservation, she said they had a full house the night before, and there was nothing ready. I have traveled so frequently in my career that I have hundreds of thousands of banked miles with Delta, I'm Diamond Elite with Best Western and IHG Hotels, and have HUNDREDS of nights as a hospitality industry client.
So I told her frankly but without rancor, "That's not true," because I knew that by 1:40 SOMETHING would have already been serviced by a cleaning staff that was very kind to me. She told me that since I was mad I was now telling her how to do her job.So I role played how anyone who was in HOSPITALITY would have addressed me. She then started to retort but I just walked away, I wasn't seeking an argument. Zero stars for Natalie, I own my own business and if she had treated any of my clients like that I would have terminated her for cause on the spot.

It was safe and parking was easy. I never felt unsafe inside or outside of this hotel. The pool and hot tub were fine and the ice machine on the first floor did the trick. We used the washing machine twice and it was convienent and easy to use the QR code. Our room was small and the shades didnt completely close, but we were on the 3rd floor so it wasnt a big deal. The elevator opened to right across from our room which was super nice as we had a lot of sporting equipment to haul in and out every day.

Great value, good breakfast items (from waffles to yogurt, toast and cereal, coffee, tea, juices and fruit), and the pool area with spa was wonderful. And only 20 minutes from Hogle Zoo (via I 15 to I 215). And R&R BBQ is 3 doors up (highly recommend their Spicy sauce... and the brisket).

Broken elevators, I am handicapped and they wouldn't/didn't have a 1st floor available. Wouldn't refund. So I had to figure out the stairs and getting my stuff to my room. This was the 1st HUGE inconvenience, after that the front lady was rude and the beds had a metal bar running through them which really made sleeping impossible.

I was very surprised of the condition of the building. I went online to make my arrangements and nothing was said about the elevator not working! My husband and I are seniors in our mid 70's still very capable of climbing stairs but we had to carry our luggage up the stairs without assistance. Had I been aware that the elevator was not working BEFORE I made the arrangements I would of looked for another option. Your building is also very outdated. The bathroom commode is way to low for seniors. The pictures online showed a very nice room but again disappointed in the room itself I also questioned the if the sheets on the bed were clean. All in all it was all very disappointing, especially since The Super 8 was under the label of Wyhn as in Las Vegas so I had the idea that it was going to be a decent place to stay. I would also like to comment on your clerk, very unfriendly, not very helpful and the attitude was like "oh well" the elevator doesn't work.When we left she was behind the desk didn't even stand up when I asked a couple of questions. I was the first to say good morning and she didn't even look up to say good morning because she was "busy" sitting at her chair. I on the other hand would of been "more" welcoming reaching out to the customer with a morning greeting and mention the coffee is ready, enjoy breakfast. have a good day!! just some comment sense and courtesy.
At this point I wouldn't stay at your place and I have business to attend to in Sandy, Utah.

BEWARE: elevators are out. If you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor its the stairs and your luggage. With a arthritic knee, it was a challenge. Front desk said there were no ground floor rooms available.
