Great room & lobby were very pretty. What would be great is if you included makeup removal wipes & add stamps your custimers can purchase from the front desk so we can mail the post cards you provide for your guests.

We were very happy with our stay at Holiday Inn in North Vancouver. I was pleasantly surprised by the building and the rooms. Even though it is next to a very busy road, the noise is practically non existent and our room was facing the road. The hotel itself is older but in great condition. The lobby is bright and welcoming, the staff were very friendly, and parking was easy and free! The rooms were a bit dated but the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in in quite some time. The bathroom had everything we needed, including a pull out clothes line in the shower which was great for hanging wet bathing suits or rain soaked jackets to dry. The property was central to everything we wanted to visit in the area. There were also 3 Tim Hortons within a 3 minute drive and a grocery store 2 mins away. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Vancouver.

Front desk workers were so nice and helpful! You can tell one of the workers were tired and over worked but she was still so kind and helping. Our room was spacious and comfy.

The location of this hotel is perfect for people that want to be in 10 min on a trail. We did the suspension bridge on Lynn Valley Canyon and you can easily be on a beach in about 20 min driving east. There is easy access to the highway also. Good restaurant on the site and a very peacefull fountain at the main entrance.

I made a reservation at this property and realized within 5 minutes that the reservation was for the day I made the reservation, It was made at 9pm. I meant to make it for the next day. When i checked to move it to the next day, they said policy is no cancellation or change and no refund. Even though the hotel was contacted within 10 minutes and notified of the mistake. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED< I travel very frequently for business. This is my last stay at any holiday inn property.

My only complaint is that there was no free breakfast. One of the waitresses at the restaurant was very rude to a table of teenagers staying at the hotel for a basketball ball game, seemingly for no reason. They weren't being loud or anything she just gave them attitude because she thought they sat themselves and they didn't. We sat down after them and we got our food before she even took their order.

We fell in love with this property. It was absolutely stunning! The moment we got in, the staff was very friendly. Stella was amazing in making sure our every need was taken care of and we truly felt at home. The energy of this place, the cleanliness, and the ease was everything we needed for our family vacation. Thank you to all staff.

This is a perfect property for accessing highways, travel around Vancouver. It had a grocery store and gas station close by which was very convenient. Overall the hotel was nicer than I expected but biggest thing for us was how quiet it was at night. We will definitely stay there again.
