Terrible!!! If i could give it -zero stars, I would. We've stayed at this hotel before and it was great, but now it is the exact opposite. Broken bed, cleaning crew never came during the day to clean while we were out so our towels were never replaced nor our bedding, when we went down to get clean towels the front desk staff had us go back to our room to get our old towels before they would give us new towels (we would not have had to do this if they would have replaced our towels when they were supposed to clean our room), toilet would barely flush, the water from the shower would leak out of the shower to where the bathroom floor was soaking wet. I seriously doubt the bathroom was up to code. The room seemed like it was a srorage closet at one point that they haphazardly converted into another room to use for guests. We will never be going back to this hotel and I would not suggest thus hotel to anyone else.

Great location, staff,pool , and breakfast. The location is old and not in the best shape but have been making some welcomed improvements.

No water pressure in shower stayed here before never has happen. The room smelled the shower walls look dirty and door to the bathroom was hard to close & open, the door to open room made too much noise when opening & closing. Staff was nice, breakfast was good.. The building needs a make- over...

We didn't even stay. We checked into our rooms and saw how dirty they were, and we immediately checked out. There was hair all over the bathroom, used soap in the shower, crumbs all over the floors, greasy fingerprints on the window. We had 2 rooms, and both of them were dirty. I was told by the front desk personnel that Expedia would issue a refund. When I spoke to Expedia customer service, they told me the hotel refused to refund. Don't stay here.

The hotel is very outdated. There was mold in the room. There was paint peeling and a small hole in the ceiling. There was a hole where the old fire alarm used to be, which was stuffed with paper. We asked the front desk if we could have new towels, and they said we had to take our own dirty towels to the front to get new ones. The room was cold, which was a plus, and the beds were comfy. Another good thing is that it's literally a few steps from the beach. They really need to update this motel and have some maintenance on it.

Fake advertisement, the room I stayed in had 5 flies in it, mold on walls and refrigerator, dirty, only cold water, sheets were dirty, very disgusting. I will never stay there again. I stayed 1 night only and checked out early. Very disappointed. A waste of $400.

All was good. Older place. Hard to keep clean 100% since it’s right on the beach. Friendly environment.

The Hotel flooded the week of 6/17/2024 so the rooms smelled like mold.

Clean rooms and excellent staff. Kumar was great and took good care of us!

The staff was extremely rude! And the hotel smelled like mildew. I had trouble finding my room and the staff was no help. I had my 2 toddlers with me so it was so difficult going up and downstairs with them looking for the room. I go to ask the guy and he rolled his eyes and said the stairs are right there. I will NEVER stay here again.

The benefit to this property was that they have a huge pool and entrance to the beach. Rooms were pretty clean and staff was friendly however it is definitely in need of renovations. Exposed plugs with no covers, barely patched holes, small beds, no water pressure for showers were just some of the things.

Free breakfast was good, and the proximity to restaurants, the aquarium, and the ship was good. However, please be aware that this is an old hotel, everything seems to be in a state of disrepair, and needs painting. The bath tub and the metal base of the lights on the bed stands were visibly rusted.

What can I say? It’s near the beach. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have stayed there. There was no maid service. Their idea of maintaining the pool was to dump gallons of chlorine bleach in it at the start of the day. The ice machine was broken. The staff didn’t understand what I meant about needing a fourth towel set because there were four of us staying in the room. They turned off the drinking water in the lobby after breakfast. The shower in our room was poor. (The outdoor shower was amazing by comparison.)

Building run down with holes and mold in the walls and bathroom. Landline phone was out of service. Mattresses very worn out.

The pictures this place has on here are nothing but smoke and mirrors. It says pet friendly but you have to pay an extra $20 a day for your pet (never had to do that at La Quinta or ALoft). They give wristbands for pool access, which is a joke. There is no card key entry into the pool-anyone from off the street or beach can walk in there. The back door that leads to the pool HAS NO CARD KEY ENTRY either, again anyone can come in for the free breakfast--and they do. The supposed gate you need a gate code for, for access to the beach--is a joke--there is no lock, but a hole where the lock and door knob used to be . Again access for ANYONE to come in. No, I did not feel safe here, especially with my elderly mom with me. We were totally catfished by the photos. The parking lot had homeless people sleeping in it. The a/c never got cold. After walking the property to see how to get to the beach the next morning, I saw very unsavory people staying at this hotel which looked like long term residents-felonious looking sort. We stayed the night, had a chair barring the door and checked out early for safety reasons. The lady who checked me out seemed offended when I told her about the lack of card key entry points and pool usage with lack of wristbands. Asked if she could move me to another room to accommodate--NO b/c that doesn't fix the safety issues. Then charged me extra to check out early-the room was paid for--seriously!! Horrible hotel-save your money-do not stay

The price for a beachfront inn was perfect room was okay microwave was not safe for usage but other than that wonderful inn for price

Terrible place. Was catfished from the photos they advertised but turned out to be a lot worse than what it turned out to be. From it having a terrible smell, dirty tubs, floors are sticky and not cleaned. Room light didn’t work the rooms need serious repairs and renovation. The only thing they probably clean and change are the towels and bed sheets MAYBE. Warning they do have bed bugs.. we woke up the next morning to our legs covered in bites. Do not stay here I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

First room we were assigned was disgusting! Carpet was so filthy it stained my socks beyond washing, smell of mildew gave us both headaches. Second room thankfully didn’t have carpet, still dirty, not well maintained. While sitting outside noticed rats running in and out of the storage room adjacent to our room. Continental breakfast was a joke! We will NEVER stay in a quality inn or any of their affiliated properties again!

Staff was more than helpful!! Obvious a sweeper had not been run in the room due to the sand collection on your bare feet when you went to the bathroom. The window looking over the bay was so dirty you couldn’t tell if it was foggy or what! I cleaned the outside so we could enjoy the view.

Facility is not well kept.

The shower was not clean there were hairs on the tub and on the sink..There was a lollipop on the floor and a tortilla behind the bed
