Clean hotel in a lovely location on the hill. Due to Covid restrictions the spa area with three different saunas had to be booked in advance, but this was well-organised. The only restaurant around is the one in the hotel.

Requested hypoallergenic bedding due to allergies which was not fulfilled which made my sleeping very uncomfortable, apart from that it was excellent.

Beautiful property just outside of Salzburg. I highly recommend it! My only complaint is they have no shuttle and taxi rides cost $20 one way. I think I ended up spending about $60 extra on taxi fares. So if you are renting a car it will make it much better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at the Romantik Hotel Die Gersberg Alm. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was excellent. It was very nice to have quiet evenings in lovely surroundings after busy days as tourists. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

An amazing stay up in the mountains but still close to Salzburg city. Free parking, fast internet, beautiful views and he room itself was amazing! Heated floor in bathroom, great shower and a bed to die for! Will definitely come again!

Loved the location of the hotel. You can see the city below from the mountain and you can look at the Alps mountain range. You can also go on a hike. I wish I had more time. I will definitely visit this location again.

Romantik Hotel Gersberg is one of the best hotel we have experienced. Perfect location with beautiful breathtaking views . The staff is extremely warm and friendly . The room with a balcony was very cozy and comfortable . The food served in the restaurant was excellent . Will definitely stay there again . Very satisfying stay .

This hotel is s gem. As soon as you walk in, It has a superb authentic feel about it and you feel that you are in the real Austria. The staff without exception, are superb. Nothing is too much trouble for them.Everything about our stay was wonderful, a shame we could not have stayed longer. we will definitely book here again the next time we visit this Fantastic City.

Great Hotel set high up, overlooking Saltzberg. Easy drive down into town and good parking within a few minutes walk of the old town. Nice outdoor pool but we didnt use it because the weather was a bit too cold. Very clean and comfortable hotel, with good breakfast. Friendly staff and good evening meal.

Good location ,away from the hustle and bustle of Salzburg itself set in a quiet location . Plenty of parking ,we really felt that having a car here was advantageous ! The room itself was very spacious with a large ensuite bathroom and private balcony ,mini bar ,safe etc ,just felt that it would have been nice to have tea , coffee making facilities which is something we are used to in British hotels not sure if it is the norm in Austria not to have this, lovely comfortable bed and very quiet room,the only criticism which is minor is that the decor was outdated , but think we in the older part other than that a very comfortable room ! Continental breakfast was lovely and catered for all tastes ,staff courteous and helpful overall an enjoyable stay ,would most certainly consider staying again should we visit Salzburg !

Excellent rooms, service and food.
There is a wellness centre if you want a sauna. Walking in the hills and views into Salzburg. You do need a car as it is a 15 min drive from the Airport. They will get you a taxi.
All staff very helpful and speak very good English.
We were there for the Christmas Market and even with thick snow the road to the hotel is kept open . Maps are given to you and all parking explained.
Would go back tomorrow!

Although 5km outside the city and you need transport or taxi to get to the city the wonderful views and scenic position of this hotel make it a must return destination. Thanks also to all staff at the hotel. Well done!
