Very clean and convenient location. Stopped for the night on the way to Florida from Michigan. Front desk was friendly. Only issue was smokers by the front entrance but that seems to be everywhere.

Staying in November with a service dog. The bed is great room blocked outside sound. Bo bacon at breakfast though. Remains to be seen if the brand is consistently good at other locations

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location, close to I-75 and many restaurants. Hot tub was nice. Room was spacious and clean.

Need more than one person on the front desk. Waited a long time to check in. Room was clean and nice set up, but musty smell- ventilation could be improved. Bed was comfortable, but sitting area sofa was not. A bit worn, but still clean.

We went to this hotel due to good ratings. We were very disappointed. The room was dirty, bathroom terrible dirty. The staff was rude, the cafeteria lady was always on the phone ,leaving the coffee bottle empty.
We had to leave the hotel earlier than the date we booked due to an emergency and asked for a refund for just one day and the manager refused to give us the refund. Terrible management.
My advice, stay away from that hotel. Otherwise, you will be disappointed and frustrated .

We had a wonderful quiet night at this hotel. We booked a jetted tub room and it was amazing! The room and whole hotel was very clean.

Hotel being renovated- common areas were in poor access condition- almost dangerously so. While price was convenient, the location is really far removed from Lexignton, KY. Getting there at night really makes you feel like you are lost. OK if you use it on your drive south, not convenient to go back and forth to activities in Lexington (I was attending a conference)

location was close to a lot of things we were interested in. Could walk to restaurants, but also only 2 miles from main street and a lot of eateries/breweries. We visited Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace and Castle & Key distilleries. All were in a reasonable distance from the hotel

Dead bolt on door was not working. Top latch was working. Musky smell in room took hours to clear up after running AC. Noise in other rooms & hallway echoes. Otherwise, beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Bathroom was nice.

Checking in was amazing. So welcoming and friendly. Requested adjoining rooms and the request was granted. Was going to meet my daughter and granddaughters for a couple days and it was awesome to be able to have a nice clean hotel with no problems at all to enjoy our time together. If you are visiting the Ark Encounter this is definitely the place to stay!! Clean, friendly, and family oriented.
