Good value compared to similar hotels in the area. Staff very friendly.
Dirty wet towel hanging on the back of bathroom door when we checked in. Looked like it was in the middle of an update/remodel. Room in unacceptable condition.

It was close to everything that I that I was there for.
The jacuzzi’s water was not warm enough and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. The cleansing staff needed to change the filters in the vacuum because while cleaning in the hall way the vacuum smelt bad.

Me and the wife had just a personal stay and the bathtub with the Jets was very relaxing

The room was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was the best I've had in a long time of staying at hotels.
The laundry room didn't have a door so I was leary when I had to do laundry and possibly wake someone up.

Something in the pool has my daughters skin burning and the rooms smelled bad and they overcharge.

Staff was really nice and they worked hard to keep facilities clean. The location was great and Georgetown was a great little town with a lot of hidden gems.
