exterior is extremely clean as is the interior. front desk greeted us as we rolled in. room service staff greeted us in the morning in our hallway. the breakfast room attendant, Tonia, not only welcomed us but explained what was available, in detail, then went to the kitchen to make us hot biscuits. not even more extravagant hotels have ever done any of this.

The main carpets were old and stained. The room was old and smelled. The "breakfast" was a joke. No toaster. Fruit was several old oranges. Pastries were plastic wrapped and probably made in the last century. Nothing hot. We had booked for 2 nights but left after one. The Country Inn and Suites next door was better in all categories with a larger room with separate bedroom and the breakfast was eggs, sausage,etc. And it costs the same! This place needs to one demolished. When were checking in next door a couple was there who had taken one look at the Best Western(really the Worst Western) and did not even check in.

Solid breakfast

Shower randomly shut off for minutes at a time during shower; 5 times on one occasion. Dirty coffee maker; only decaf. Filthy behind TV cabinet. Staff lied about knowing the water problem; tried to blame it on previous plumber visits after telling us they had no idea there was an issue. Shower towels were frayed & unappealing. Pubic hair on toilet upon entry.

Great location & breakfast was great so was the lady working during breakfast.

The beds were not comfortable as the reviews stated. Very hard beds. 8 yr old also complained that's sad

The staff member who was helping with breakfast was absolutely wonderful. She was personable, wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of, etc.

The room smelled really funny, like an old musty food/spice smell. I didn't complain, we were tired and leaving the very next morning.

Always love the staff, very friendly

They were having power issues, lights flickered and circuit breaker went off in our room, and no hot breakfast our last day as a result of the power issues.
