The room was supposed to have 2 queen beds. They were obviously double bed. When I asked the lady at the counter her response was, that is the size of our wueen beds. So comfort inn has created their own sized mattress.

When I entered the room, trash can was full, the room was clean though. My biggest concern was noise, you can hear next door conversations clearly. We couldn’t sleep at night due to the noises coming from next room.

The property was extremely dated and run down. When we walked in the room I immediately noticed that it looked nothing like the picture online - including the fact that there was old, stained and not well vacuumed carpet instead of the wood flooring in the picture. Everything was extremely dated and in need of replacing. Unfortunately everything in town was booked, otherwise we never would have stayed!

Great place to stay for Gator games. Free full breakfast and Gameday swag. Free shuttle to stadium. Tailgate lunch bbq on game days and decorated lobby!! Great experience for our first gator family weekend.

Our stay at Comfort Inn was....fine. AC is very noisy, multiple 'damp rid' containers around the room, which felt humid, even with AC on high. For a cheap hotel it was fine. Watch out for the 'safe charge' which they will add to your bill even if you don't use the safe - you need to request that it be taken off when checking out.

We had a great stay at this location. Each morning there was a hot breakfast served aplenty. Front desk and food staff were great- always smiling with a greeting. Pool was a great size for a quick dip. It was super nice to come down each morning to Natalie’s smiling face. She was quick to make small talk and ensure our family was having a great stay- always willing to help in any way she could. That Natalie is a gem- keep a good hold on her because she’s a great asset to your company. Getting to come back to the hotel each evening to cookies and popcorn was always super exciting for the kids.

property is unkept. one staff at the desk so you must wait while they check in other guests or run towels up to a room that requested them. room is dated. bathtub and sink have rust coming through the surface. no housekeeping service.

We only stayed one night and we don't plan on returning unless it is updated and the reviews improve. We knew to have low expectations from the reviews. Convenient location near all the stores. Our room felt clean overall, but we didn't thoroughly inspect it either. Mattress was uncomfortable; it felt old and cheap. We didn't have time for breakfast so can't speak about it. Building overall felt outdated and not well kept. Staff at check-in and check-out was courteous. On our way to check out, another guest told us he had 2 roaches in his room and he was on his way to the receptionist to address the matter. We couldn't help overhearing the conversation with the lady at the front desk who was courteous and professional.

I was really impressed with the property itself. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rate during the time of last-minute booking because of hurricane Debby really helped my family out a lot. My only recommendation would be to clean the carpets more often in the hallway and in the rooms.

The stay started out okay. At 11:00 that night we were awakened by a huge leak from the ceiling that was flooding our bathroom. I called the front desk to report it and asked for them to let us know when another room is ready for us to relocate to. We waited 20 minutes, I went to the front desk to see what was going on. The individual I had spoken with had left cause it was the end of his shift. I asked another staff member what room were we being moved to and he didn’t know what I was speaking of. He had to call the other staff member that had left for the night. We were moved to another room that was half cleaned (110)
